Welcome to Tiki Bella Villa!
West of the trail! It’s located in the historic Whitefield estate district and just minutes from the water. It is a four bedroom 2 1/2 baths home. It sits on a large corner lot which provides plenty of room for your boat or RV.
You’ll be able to enjoy the oversized pool, almost 400ft.² feet during the hot days.
The backyard is completely fenced in for your pet to run around. Three beautiful mature oak trees, lush vegetation and meticulously maintained yard makes for an added touch to home.
You are minutes to the Sara Bay Marina and Sarasota Bradenton international airport.
You are conveniently within 15 minutes, to downtown Sarasota and all that it has to offer including opera, symphony, theaters, galleries, museums, fine dining, shops and top rated beaches.
Not to forget the local popular Tiki bar a few steps away, that provides various activities daily.

Our trip was amazing. The pool, Kayaking, the beach, shopping and an awesome tiki bar next store. We will definitely rent this house again.

Spacious with enough rooms that each person had his/her own space. The only downside is it is close to the airport so the planes overhead were alarming at first. However did not impact sleeping. Would stay there again.

overall good, Kitchen supplies could be updated no BBQ for out door cooking out door sitting chairs need to be changed(casters on feet broken) dish washer didn't work or at least we could not get it going small updates would go a long way but overall good

Clean on the inside

The inside was clean and the bedrooms were nice. We had everything we needed in the kitchen. The outside was horrible. The patio carpet was just so dirty and the shutters were barely hanging on. There was a lot of tree debris on the side yard not cleaned up. The house just needs some attention outside but inside was nice.

Airport abd hotel too close

The house is as described and we loved the pool. There is a Ramada Inn back entry across the street and an airport close. The planes did wake me up at night. There is also a mirana across the street and some of the patrons parked on the side in front of the house. We did like the house especially the half bathroom in the kids room. I would not choose this propert again.

Overall, it was OK but there are some maintenance issues that need to be addressed. For the price, I’d say it was ok. For all you AIRPLANE ENTHUSIASTS, this is the house for you! They fly directly overhead at a low altitude but the sound was not really an issue.Back slider is broken and we could never lock it. We THOUGHT it was locked each night but apparently it wasn’t! With 8 people including many females, that is NOT SAFE. I didn’t know until the last night and by then I wasn’t about to contact the host.Gina was responsive and that was no issue w/communication and access. Home was as advertised but there were another few things to address. The garage door to the bunk bed room was also hard to shut and made that rooms cooling minimal when the dryer is running, which it was the entire time w/8 people.Pool had green film on the bottom and turned one of our white suit yellow. Pool tiles are falling off and the outdoor carpet could use to be replaced. Although refreshing, just some outdoor pressure washing, weeding and a little garden maintenance would do wonders for this place!!!Stains on many of the pillows and the frying pans were so gross I had to go buy ones. Outdoor umbrella was broken beyond trashed but we didn’t learn that until we brought it to the beach and tried to open it! Needless to say, it never made it back past the beach garbage cans! We would have brought our new ones Location great. Tiki bar great. Siesta Key great!
