This beautifully well maintained Executive Home in Tara Golf & Country Club offers all the comforts from home in an ideal location for exploring Florida. This fantastic four-bedroom, three-bathroom, double garage home, close to the Interstate in East Bradenton means you can be at the beaches in less than 30 mins, Tampa in less than 50 mins and Orlando in approximately 90 mins. If you prefer to take things a little slower, the nearby Tara Preserve Clubhouse offers a public golf course, a beautiful lake view as well as a view of the course.

This open plan house is great for large groups with lots of communal space including the open plan kitchen and family room, dining room, sitting room and large decked pool area.

The master bedroom is furnished with a Super-King bed and beautiful bedroom furniture including a flat screen TV. Two walk-in wardobes ensure that there is plenty of room for luggage and your purchases from the nearby Outlets malls. The en-suite includes whirlpool bath, walk in shower and double sinks.

The second bedroom is furnished with a queen size bed, integrated wardrobes some additional pieces and a separate bathroom.

The third bedroom also has a queen size bed, integrated wardrobes and additional bedroom furniture for a comfortable living experience. This bedroom shares a bathroom with the fourth bedroom which is another good size room with a twin bed with accompanying trundle bed which is ideal for kids.

A private, heated pool and jacuzzi are just a few of the amenities on offer, this home is fully equipped with dishes and cutlery, wine glasses, linens, washer and dryer, high speed internet (wi-fi), cable TV, and phone. There are toys for the pool and deck chairs and loungers available for use around the pool.

If you would like to take a trip to one of the beautiful nearby beaches, there are beach chairs, an umbrella and cooler for your use as well!
