Rustige buurt, Mooie en zeer propere kamers, voldoende keukenmateriaal, leuk terras, goede communicatie met eigenaar, winkels dichtbij… zeer tevreden. Tip: eet- en terrastafel maar voor 8 personen… Wij waren met 9 en zaten heel krap. Een verlengstuk of bijzettafeltje. zou handig zijn voor grotere groepen.

Comfortable stay in Nice

Our family of 8 adults had a great time in this 5 bedroom apartment. We reserved the studio apartment so everyone had their own bedroom. The apartment was very clean and had all of the kitchen items you need to make dinner if you don't want to go out. There was parking at the front gate for our van. The washer and dryer are a plus. The owner Ronnie was very responsive to all of our questions. The check in and check out was very easy. We definitely would stay here again and recommend this apartment to anyone visiting Nice.

Girls stay in Nice

This is a lovely property in quiet residential area of Nice but within walking distance of trains, buses and trams. Also served well by local stores and doable walk to nice restaurants.. Ronny was a wonderful host who met us on arrival and did a comprehensive tour of property and how to use all of equipment etc.. he was readily available by text to answer any queries we had and gave useful advice over the course of our weeks stay. Was a nice bright property accessed by stair case and further stairs leading from small courtyard to lovely roof top area with many options to sit/ lie outdoors even in April! We had a lovely time snd would highly recommend this property and it’s kind host Ronny

Amazing Space, Location and Host

Really great location a few blocks from tram line and amazing farmers market! They have done a great job renovating and the new bathroom/laundry was very spacious and comfortable. Kitchen and new bath were very modern and fitted with the latest appliances. Host was on site for the weekend and met us and gave us a through orientation to the property.

Perfect for our large group!

We had an amazing stay in Ronny’s apartment! It was perfect for our large group of 8 adults and 4 teenagers/pre-teens. We especially enjoyed spending time on the roof deck at the end of the day. Ronny was an excellent host and was always quick to respond to our emails. We would happily recommend his apartment to anyone!

Fantastic stay

Clean and bright, great bedrooms, we were more than comfortable. 10 min walk to the station - perfect for the Monaco GP. Ronny's assistance was fantastic during the stay.

Amazing place to stay!

The apartment is absolutely amazing, the perfect place for our stay! Great location for supermarkets & public transport, super clean & had everything we needed. Ronny is a really great host, was really kind and he helped us out massively with how to get to places, where to eat etc. and was amazing at communication. Would highly recommend this place!

Christmas in Nice

What a great experience we had with this property. Ronny was so helpful with answering all our questions, giving us great information about getting around and even setting up a Christmas tree for our family. We were 7 adults with plenty of room. We loved the property and would definitely recommend it to anyone! Our family even made friends with one of the local boulangerie’s family!

Booked this apartment for a girls trip to celebrate my birthday. The apartment is well situated within walking distance to shops, restaurants & the main drag of the main promenade. The apartment was lovely really well appointed with a super relaxed vibe. Ronny is an excellent host and really has thought of everything. The beds were very comfortable (firm just how I like them) And all of the showers were excellent. Clean and all of the things that you would need in your home from home. Excellent communication beforehand so we knew where we were going and access arrangements etc. All I can say is a massive thanks for everything, would not hesitate to recommend this apartment to anyone and would definitely come back. thanks Ronny! : )

En härlig lägenhet med plats för många

Vi spenderade en fantastisk vecka i juli 2019 i denna lägenhet med tillhörande studio. Det var lätt att ta sig från flygplatsen med buss eller Uber. Kommunikationen med fastighetsägaren Ronny fungerade mycket bra och vi blev väl mottagna av Gladis när vi anlände. Lägenheten hade en pärm som innehöll information om lägenheten men även omgivande service som bagerier, matvaruaffärer, kommunikation mm. Lägenheten samt studion var mycket fina och väl underhållna. Takterassen var magisk att vara på under dygnets alla timmar. Det enda vi kan ha synpukter på var att läget låg lite långt från stranden/gamla stan och du måste kunna gå i trappor (ej handikappvänlig) - men vi såg inget negativt i det. Åker gärna tillbaka!

Vi var to syttiåringer på tur med barn og barnebarn. Oppholdet var meget vellykket. Den store leiligheten var godt utstyrt, og alt fungerte. Vi bodde i et meget rolig strøk, men likevel nær til sentrum av byen. Vi fikk god informasjon på forhånd, ble mottatt av en meget hyggelig dame og fikk god oppfølging med gode tips under oppholdet. Alt fungerte; det eneste vesle minus var at dobbelsengene hadde kun en stor dyne. Det er uvant for oss fra det kalde nord, som er vant til å pakke oss inn i separate dyner. Men en liten kamp om dynesnippen i sommermånedene er ikke noe problem.

Stylish apartment and great location

I rented this property for my 30th Birthday weekend. The owner was very accommodating, friendly and easy to contact. There was a total of 9 guests during our stay. The apartment was clean, modern and stylish with all the expected mod cons you would expect in 2017. Being a party of 9 adults the spacious and open plan was perfect for us. Very easy access to train station (10mins) the city centre (15-20mins) and the beach front (30-40mins) walking distance. Uber’s are easy to use in the city. The apartment is in a quiet location and very close to all the amenities you may need during your stay. We had a very warm welcome, where we were given a very detailed and useful tour of the apartment. Followed by plenty of local information of the surrounding area and Nice. The overall experience was top notch! We had a blast during our stay. I would highly recommend this apartment, and would most definitely stay here again. Thank you Ronny for your apartment we all had a great time.
