The space was nicely decorated and spacious. Close to coffee shops and several restaurants/bars. It worked well for our girls' getaway weekend!

We had an amazing stay. It was very comfortable. The house was fully stocked with everything you’d need (except toilet paper, make sure you have a way of getting extra) The rooftop is amazing and would be wonderful in warmer weather!

Stayed five nights. Space was very roomy and comfortable. The lookout area on the rooftop was a wonderful addition. The only issue was individuals below the space arrived at midnight and stayed to 3am created noise with load talking and slamming of doors. This occurred on Friday and Saturday night. Needless to say, sleep was hard to come by. Otherwise, I would still rent this space again when in KC.

Great Location & Upscale Living

Great central KCMO location that is a walkable distance to several breweries. From the very cool rooftop terrace you can see much of midtown from the Western Auto sign to the T-Mobile Center. Modern furnishing, kitchen and baths. Easy, free street parking just around the corner (Warning - No Parking zone directly in front of the building. You will be towed if you stay too long.)
