No physical keys are provided. Instead we give you access codes to the smart front door lock, access code to the garage door keypad and garage door openers.
There is a new grill with one tank of propane that will be full when you arrive, however you are responsible for propane refills during your stay. Propane tanks can be exchanged at the local super market for around $18.
Landlord will meet new guests upon your arrival to give access codes, note a few features of the house and confirm identity. We do this to protect the house from guests who might try to stay here when the booking has been completed by someone else which is not allowed by the terms of booking through Airbnb. Please understand this is not to invade your privacy and ensures the home is in top condition for all guests.
Outside of this initial interaction and meeting, the only other time you may see the landlord will be for regular maintenance of the landscaping for things like snow shoveling, mowing, weeding, raking, and watering.
The landlord makes a video recording of the interior and exterior of the home before each stay on the check in day before you arrive.
This home is perfectly located near US 36 and the Broomfield Bus Station (2.6 miles away), with the Hwy 36 Bike/Walking Path to Boulder and Denver just 0.7 miles from your door.
