The house was perfect for our weekend getaway. Good location for surrounding attractions. We were able to throw a few lines in the lake across the street host was very responsive. Will definitely stay here again if we get back that way.

Excellent location. Jeff our host was an excellent host. Jeff was very quick in responding to my questions. This home is better than described and/or expected. Looking forward to my next stay in June. We highly recommend this place. Home is very clean.

We were so happy we chose to stay here when we came to Colorado! What a perfect space for anyone looking to visit the Denver/Boulder/Red Rock area. The pictures truly do not do the space justice - the home has so much space and natural lighting and was so clean and fresh. Typically when I travel with our children I never feel like any space is clean enough or really feels like “home” but this was truly as comfortable as being in our own home. The owners were so incredibly nice and considerate throughout our stay, even before we got there through VRBO communication. This home is perfect if you’re traveling with family or friends. You can tell a lot of time and money was invested into the outdoor space - the back patio is so relaxing and the fact that it’s covered and shaded made a huge different with the weather. Also, we have a toddler and a newborn and the patio is located on the opposite end of bedrooms, so it was very, very nice to have a space to relax without worrying about noise once the kids were asleep. Anything we forgot at home was readily available, as the owners truly went above and beyond to show hospitality and prepare the home for anything you may need or have left behind. The lake is beautiful and provides a great walk that clocks in just over a mile. Oh! Also the master bedroom has a sleep number bed which was….incredible. Hands down my best experience staying at a short term rental. Our family had a wonderful time - we would give a 6 star review if I could.
