Downtown House with NEW Game Room!

This custom home was completed on August 2017.

Our house on Forest View Drive is conveniently located within the downtown area and is a 3 minute drive to the heart of the city (also within walking distance). This home has three bedrooms, 2 baths, and has amazing views of the San Francisco Peaks! This home will comfortably accommodate 8 and is perfect for all types of travelers. Home has a hot tub in the backyard, plenty of outdoor seating to enjoy the views, and is close to most of the tourist attractions in Flagstaff.
The North Pole Experience is 1.8 miles, 8 miles to Snowbowl, 10 Minutes to NAU, 45 mins to Sedona, 1.5 hours to Grand Canyon, and a 3 min drive downtown. For visiting doctors in the area, we are .8 miles to Flagstaff Medical Center. This house is also .5 miles to the grocery store, Starbucks, and local restaurants. For those of you with trailers for horses or toys, we have a very open street and are welcome to park at your leisure!

Worried about travel in these challenging times? Our home is professionally cleaned between guests to make sure the home is safe and comfortable for all of those staying.

Does your group enjoy relaxing and enjoying movies and sports on TV's? We have 3 flat screen TV's for all of your relaxing, including Netflix and other streaming services, along with upgraded sound in our living room and garage!

With this home being right next to our other home(#7600323), you have the option to have a large family reunion or company retreat. Please reach out us for availability. The homes together will have occupancy of around 18 people with only a 10 foot path between the 2 homes!

Quiet & great location

Relaxing, beautiful home! We really enjoyed our short stay. The house was impeccable, the neighborhood is so nice and the driveway slope is no joke lol. Felt secluded but still very close to downtown and even walked around the neighborhood and thoroughly enjoyed the trail and quiet roads. The game room is fun and such a nice touch.

This house is was great, it’s got everything a family would need including kids toys! Our only drawbacks is the ac wasn’t working well and the neighborhood is not walkable to downtown (need to go on major roads).

Had a fun stay with friends. Great location, close to a ton of amenities. The hot tub we couldn't really use it smelled so strongly of bleach/chemicals we didn't want to get in. There is no AC but fans in the bedrooms, although in the main bedroom you can't have the fan on without the light on so that was a bummer.

Great Location- loved the hot tub

Great for a ski vacation!

This house was wonderful! We stayed here for a ski vacation and had everything we could hope for - short drive to ski area, within minutes from downtown, hot tub and a large open living area for us all to hang out and play games!

Just Perfect

Great house in great neighborhood

Beds were comfortable. Private backyard with beautiful pine trees. Comfortable living room. Places to sit outside in front and back of house. Great location for visiting downtown Flagstaff.

Very enjoyable stay

Loved the location of this property as you felt you were staying out of town, but you were close to town and all amenities. Very quite and peaceful. Chris (owner) was very attentive to any questions that we had.

Great base camp to explore the grand canyon, Sedona and Flagstaff

This is a great house and a great location near the historic district. All tension slips away in the backyard hot tub under the pine trees and blue skies.

Great Base Camp

This cozy place in Flagstaff is the perfect base camp for all your N Arizona adventures. We went to Sedona, the Grand Canyon and Monument Valley while we there. The hot tub and garage game room were a great respite after a long day of hiking and exploring. Chris is a great host with a great place.

Great house great location

We really enjoyed our experience! The house was super clean and had everything we needed for preparing meals. The location is super close to downtown restaurants and bars.. really nice to come back and sit in the Jacuzzi after a long day of hiking. We had a great time and plan to visit again soon.

Flagstaff Forest View Drive

Great experience, super clean, nicely decorated, bright, and had everything we needed. Location is close enough to downtown, but very quiet & close to outdoor activities. Chris (host) was very easy to communicate with, made it simple, easy, a very pleasant stay!
