Step into a beautifully renovated 2-bedroom, 2-bath coastal retreat designed for both comfort and functionality. Neutral tones and modern finishes create a tranquil atmosphere, perfectly complemented by panoramic views of the Gulf of Mexico.

* Fully equipped kitchen with stainless steel appliances, ample counter space, and essentials including a coffee maker, blender, and cookware
* Dining area with seating for six, plus additional bar seating for casual meals
* Spacious living room with plush seating, a large flat-screen TV, and floor-to-ceiling glass doors
* Private 6th-floor balcony with sweeping views of Destin’s emerald waters and sugar-white sands

Rating Details: The property manager was somewhat unhelpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: I called as soon as I left regarding a very small Bose speaker that was left in the room. I was promised a return call but never got one. I let the desk know that I have someone to pick it up so no mailing necessary. I also sent an email to Ron, no response.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The unit was accurately described on the rental site. The cleanliness was exceptional and the decor was tasteful and added to the comfortable ambience throughout. We have rented many units through the years and this unit was by far the nicest we have ever experienced. There is not one item that I can note that detracted from our stay. I would highly recommend this unit and will hopefully be able to stay here again.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Overall, our vacation rental experience was very good. A few negative things: upon arrival our code to get in did not work. Front desk connected me with another person who gave us her code to use for the week - I thought it was odd that we weren't given a new code. Next, the fire alarm in our condo went off in the middle of the night on Sunday, I believe - we walked around the condo, opening doors & cupboards but nothing was on fire (obviously) nothing was hot or out of place....except for the alarm that eventually went off after a couple minutes. Husband noticed that there was no alarm or detector in the main bedroom, but there were brackets where it was probably supposed to be. Next, our coffee overflowed twice, never figured out why as I've been using a pot like that one forever myself. It had not been overfilled or anything, only a partial pot, so I thought that was odd. Lastly, we had a hard time figuring out why there was so much stickiness in the room - even with thermostat down & fans running, it was a bit uncomfortable, hard time getting towels to dry, uncomfortable in bed sheets.

We apologize for the initial issue with your entry code and understand how frustrating that must have been. We're currently reviewing our access procedures to ensure each guest receives a unique and secure code moving forward. We also appreciate you bringing the fire alarm and thermostat concerns to our attention. Safety and comfort are top priorities, and we will promptly look into the missing detector and evaluate the HVAC system in that unit. As for the coffee maker, we’ll inspect and replace it if necessary to avoid future issues. We value your feedback and will use it to improve. We hope you’ll consider staying with Sterling Sands Vacation Rentals again—our goal is to provide a seamless and enjoyable experience for every guest.

Very clean and accessible to the pool and beach. The WiFi and televisions did not work when we got there and it took technicians coming to condo 3 times to fix it. I would suggest they check to make sure the TV, WiFi and everything else works between guests. We had a wonderful time though! I would recommend Sterling Sands for a relaxing family vacation!
