King in main bedroom, queen in 2nd, picture shows bunkbed but that has been removed, queen in 3rd. Luxury linens and towels. All SS appliances. Amazing pool, hot tub & BBQ area. 700' to 13 miles of pristine beach. Private garage w/beach chairs, umbrellas, cooler, beach towels & beach wagon. Walking distance to park, mini golf & restaurants/bars w/live music.

Excellent

Everything was great! It was clean, nicely decorated and had everything we needed. It was close to the beach and only 2 miles away from historical downtown, which we ate at everyday. We will definitely stay again when we visit the Amelia island.

Ocean Patk never disappoints!

We have been staying at Ocean Park for five summer vacations, and we keep coming back because the property is beautiful. The pool is wonderful, and it is close to the beach and center Street. Restaurants and activities for kids are nearby. Perfect for families!
