A resort-style vacation awaits you at this beautiful townhome in Coastal Club featuring a first floor master suite, gourmet kitchen, comfortable living area, spacious second floor loft and two bedrooms upstairs. This community offers amenities unlike any other community in the area: indoor and outdoor pools and water park, swim-up bar, fitness center, 3 mile walking/biking trail, tennis/pickleball courts, playground, clubhouse, restaurant and more. Coastal Club puts you minutes to everything you love about beach life. Avoid the hustle and bustle of the area while still having easy access to Rehoboth's boardwalk, Lewes' historic downtown, Cape Henlopen State Park, shopping and dining and beautiful beaches.

The home offers amenities above and beyond your typical vacation rental: recreation equipment (bikes, tennis, pickleball and beach gear etc), electric vehicle charger, gaming system, air hockey and more. The home is wheelchair accessible, with a ramp available if needed to roll up the two small steps from the driveway. The location on a quiet cul-de-sac offers views of the forest, pond and expansive yard, and is just a short walk to the clubhouse and pool.

Passes are needed to access the amenities of the Clubhouse and activities which include the restaurant, outdoor pool including kids splash pool, fitness center, indoor pool and hot tub, tennis/pickleball courts, shuffleboard, and bocce pit.
- All guests 5 and older are required to have a pass to use any of the amenities
- Pre-purchased Weekly Passes: $100 (note reduced rate)
- Weekly Passes purchased on-site on day of arrival or later: $130 (please note, waiting until the day of arrival to order passes results in significant wait time in addition to increased purchase price)
- Daily passes can be purchased at the front desk for use that day and are $25

This was an absolutely beautiful decorated home and quiet community! So many amenities and immaculately clean! Great location to beaches but enough to do by just staying in the clubhouse!
