Marabella or “The Star of The Sea” lives up to its name with stellar amenities and the perfect beach vacation backdrop on which to paint your families' memories. With ample parking on site and overflow parking nearby, your party of 13 will be easily accommodated. Leave your cars and your parking worries behind and stroll just 10 min to the Blue Mountain Public Beach Access.

As is often the case in the nature of her business, Pinkie Flamingo frequently found herself “makin' her way along 30A”. The famous coastal highway with an attitude all its own, follows the curves of the Florida coast as it meanders assuredly through the many numerous communities that call it home. Always on the look-out for perfect little guest nests she can share with all of her friends, Pinkie had heard of a fabulous new possibility and was excited to check it out for herself. She was not disappointed and you will not be either!

Nestled in the heart of Blue Mountain Beach, The Village at Blue Mountain welcomes you with its family-friendly vibe and popular community pool. Guests enjoy full resort access to the community pool, fitness center, cabana and courts.
Once onside the gated community, one house in particular caught Pinkie's eye as it beckoned her from its spot at 40 Anne Ave. The cluster of tropical palms painted an inviting vacation picture in front of this 2-story beach retreat with its detached garage/carriage house. Pinkie was immediately drawn to it. As she entered the front door, she knew this was something very special.

Cool coastal colors and solid surface flooring set the stage so the transitional style décor can do its thing throughout this 5-bedroom / 4.5 bath home. The modern gourmet kitchen with stainless appliances and double sinks seemed to be just waiting for an aspiring chef to put it to the test. For a minute, Pinkie was tempted to whip up a quick shrimp scampi but decided to continue her tour instead. It was impossible not to notice the great flow between the kitchen, dining and living areas. The dining table could seat 8 plus 4 more at the counter. Images of fun dinner parties immediately began forming in Pinkie's head. True in keeping with its true Florida style, the furnished outdoor living extension in the back yard adds great entertainment opportunities, as well as, additional dining and lounging options. Nice!

Blue Mountain Beach area attractions are all within reach…many even within walking distance. Named after the plentiful Blue Lupine flower that blankets the dunes here, this community is also the point of highest elevation in the county at a whopping 65 ft! Discover local eateries like Mimmo's on 30A (one of Pinkie's favs) or The Coffee Shoppe on 30A – if you are looking for a nice cup of coffee and baked goods for breakfast this is nice spot to grab-and-go or find a cozy spot to relax. It's so close that your coffee will still be hot by the time you have walked back to Marabella.

There's a dining experience for everyone in the group to be sure. Not often found in nature, a coastal lake affords untold opportunities for recreation along with bird-watching and wildlife-viewing. Paddleboard or canoe through nearby Big Redfish Lake and enjoy the quiet beauty of this peaceful setting. Hike or bike along the 19 miles of The Timpoochee Trail and top of your day with a double scoop of delicious ice cream at The Blue Mountain Creamery.
