Phoenix VIII is one of the most relaxing condominium complexes on the gulf coast. There is a reason more vacationers stay at this condo than any other in Orange Beach. Enjoy the best views of the Pass and convenience of vacationing in a complex with so few condos!!



There is not a better place to stay for you and your family than Phoenix VIII. There are plenty of activities including a weight room, racquetball court, sauna, indoor pool, hot tubs, tennis courts, basketball court and outdoor pool. There is even a nice gazebo area to relax under while you're bbqing.



Come relax on the spacious balcony with breathtaking views of the gulf or sleep on the large king bed in the master. There is a King bed in the 2nd bedroom, two Queen sized beds in the 3rd and a sleeper sofa Queen in the Living Room for sleeping up to 10. This unit has been upgraded to included new furniture, granite countertops, and new cabinetry. We are conveniently located next to restaurants, grocery stores and not far from the outlet malls.



Parking: Parking pass(es) must be purchased online from Phoenix VIII. You will receive a Registration Email from Vacation Rental Parking Solutions before arrival that will include a link to register your vehicle and purchase your parking pass(es). They are a one time fee of $70 per vehicle. One bedroom condos are guaranteed 1 parking pass. Two and three bedroom condos are guaranteed two parking passes. Additional passes will be sold based on availability in the parking lot.

We had no problems accessing our room and paid our parking pass fees the day before for a $10 discount. This enable us to pick them up easily at the desk. I was disappointed we only had one kitchen garbage bag and dishwasher pod for a 3 night stay. We had to go out and purchase more; seems a bit cheap.

Our stay was just good! There were small things that just seemed to be falling apart every time we touched it. For instance, the shower curtain wouldn’t stay up and the fridge handle came off a few times when opening. It was clean but the floor was still wet and slippery when we arrived. Beds were comfy. View was blocked by condos on the left which stunk bc we couldn’t see the sun rise. Kitchen stocked well but bring toilet paper, detergents and trash bags!

Our overall stay was good, The unit was furnished and decorated nicely. However the floors and bathrooms were not cleaned well. The showers are moldy and need a good scrub. Towel racks in laundry and baths are not properly mounted and fall if you try to use them.

It was gorgeous! Looked just like the photos. We had plenty of room for the 6 adults that stayed. Our flight arrived mid morning and we couldn't check in until 4:30 but the property lets you use the pool/beach access whenever you arrive so that was great! Members in our group used the gym and sauna, and we all enjoyed the pool and beach of course! Super smooth experience. ThanksThe only possible improvement would maybe be an extra roll of toilet paper in the bathrooms!

Great place

The unit and location was fabulous! The only reason for a 4 vs 5 is the lack of necessary paper products. 6 adults and 3 kids we were given a small amount of toilet paper so of course we had to go to the store to buy toilet paper, paper towels, etc. Plan on bringing your own hand soap, dish soap, dish washer soap. As long as you're prepared you will enjoy your stay.

The unit is nicely decorated but there was a terrible smell within the cabinets where the dishes were stored. I had to wash everything before we used ot. The facility itself is pretty dated. Even though there was abundant available parking,the property managers would not sell me an additional pass. We had to find off site parking which was very inconvenient and more expensive. The balcony felt unsafe. It was extremely slippery...
