The entire apartment unit will be all yours, including a private enclosed screened in balcony. Shared spaces include stairwells, and all the fun amenities such as the saltwater pool, grilling area, cyber cafe, etc.

Important Note about Sleeping Arrangements:
The listing displays a "guest count" of 4. It's okay to bring up to 4 guests, as long as they are approved and on your reservation roster. This apartment has 1 king mattress and a futon sleeper sofa - meaning it can comfortably sleep up to 2 guests on a traditional mattress, and one on the futon.

Note: sheets are not provided for the futon - but we can provide them upon request.

We list guest counts this way on our listings so that guests who are comfortable with unconventional sleeping arrangements - like bringing their own air mattress - can still book if the space fits their needs. If we didn’t list it this way, many groups would be excluded from search results even when the home could still work for them.
