“Libbysand” is in a prime location in Seacrest, just off 30A, with quick access to the new Publix and dedicated beach at the end of the street. 30A is an 18 mile stretch from Rosemary Beach to Dune Allen Beach where you can walk, bike or drive to boundless extraordinary restaurants, boutiques, and art galleries. 30A is a renowned art community and acclaimed musicians make 30A their home. This home is located toward the end of a very quiet street with the beach just across 30A and the state park at the end of the cul-de-sac.
