Curry Pines is located in a quiet, rural neighborhood in Jarvisburg, NC, just 10 minutes from the historical Outer Banks. It’s the perfect balance of peaceful privacy and close proximity to beaches, golf courses, restaurants, and local attractions. Guests love the calm, open setting ideal for relaxing evenings after a day at the beach.



Getting Around:

A car is recommended for your stay, as the property is in a rural area without public transit. We’re just a short drive to grocery stores, restaurants, and several Outer Banks attractions. Parking is available on-site, with space in the driveway and a covered carport.



Other Things to Note:

The golf simulator should be powered down when not in use (computer + projector).

Simulator should not run more than 15 hours continuously.

Please notify the host when you check out so the cleaning crew can be scheduled promptly.

Maximum of 6 guests, no pets, and no smoking indoors.

Brand new house super clean top notch golf simulator in a great location within 10 mins of multiple golf courses and 15 mins from the beach. We will definitely be coming back!!!

We had a wonderful stay at Curry Pines Golf House. The house was very clean!! The golf simulator was a hit!! Drew was a very wonderful host and even gave us a welcome gift!Our only suggestion is to put a blind at the door downstairs.

I am born and raised on the Outer Banks of NC. I enjoy playing golf, surfing and traveling. I enjoy the hospitality industry and look forward to my journey in vacation rental properties.

Why they chose this property

The neighborhood is private and heavily wooded. It is mostly full time residents and second homes but there are a couple short term rental near by. The roads are not maintained by the state dot and are not paved once you get back there. We are working on getting an association developed to grade the roads. After heavy rains there could be mud puddles and some bumpy spots. I enjoy the sunsets at the public sound beach just a short drive, 15min walk, away. I suggest you check it out.

What sets us apart is obviously having the best golf simulator in the industry. Also the fact it is brand new makes it a very comfortable stay.
