Lägenhet på översta våningen med fantastisk utsikt! Vi har just uppdaterat lägenheten med nya kakelgolv i sovrummen och köksväggarna. Bekvämt läge i Clearwater Beach. Promenera till restauranger, shopping, strand (1 1/2 kvarter), Pier 60, miniturklyfta, Clearwater Marina och mer!

Dockside Condominimums byggdes 2007 och består av 36 enheter. Det finns täckt parkering under byggnaden och en uppvärmd pool vid vattnet.

Veckahyra, 3 sovrum, 2 badrum, delad planlösning. Granit bänkskivor i hela, matta i sovrummen och keramiska plattor i badrum och vardagsrum. Det fullt utrustade köket har rostfria apparater, äter i baren och staplad tvättmaskin och torktumlare. Matsal, vardagsrum med underbar utsikt över vattnet där du kan titta på delfinerna på en show. Storbilds-tv, soffbord, skrivbord, matbord och stolar finns i vardagsrummet och matsalen. Stort sovrum har klädkammare, king size-säng och utsikt över viken. Det andra sovrummet har en king size-säng och det tredje sovrummet har en queen size-säng. Det finns Wi-Fi i lägenheten.

Bara en och en halv timme med bil till Disney och Sea World i Orlando, nära Tampa och Busch Gardens. Glöm inte att besöka Winter, den berömda delfinen, som medverkade i 'Dolphin Tale'!

everything was great , great view , great location very clean, we did have an issue on the last day our power went out only in our condo unit, cause was the ac unit. contacted lori she got right on it, the owner actually came to our condo and was awesome she contacted the right people got an ac guy to come out and got us back up, i couldnt have asked for a better owner that takes pride in her condo overall trip was great.

I thought the condo itself was average. It was a great location. The beds were very hard and noisy. Floors were not clean and slippery in places. Showers were old and small. I give it a rating of 10 for location and 5 for everything else.

Dockside Condos

I will start with the view was great. We got to see dolphins multiple times close up along with a stingray. The overall location was good walking distance to everything. The things we were not really impressed by was advertising of the dock. You could barely walk out on it because it was blocked off and required special permition along with no fishing. The second day we were there both elevators broke down one got stuck on the fourth floor and the other went below where it was supposed to. They were both down for a good 24 hours. The dryer was very loud and noisy and the condo took forever to cool down. The setup was kinda weird since it doesn't have a master bath the master and the second king size bedroom share a bathroom and the queen had its own on the opposite side of the condo. The pool hours were normal 8am-10pm but they decided to do maintenance on it during normal use hours so it was also down for better half of a day. Other then that it was good.

Great Condo across from the beach.

We loved this place. The condo was fully stocked and plenty of room for 6 people. Lori was very quick to respond to any concerns great host. Will definitely return and stay here again.

Excellent condo

Condo was clean and close to everything! Barely had to drive to anything the whole time we were there. Awesome views, good pool and very close to the ocean. Would stay here again.

Great location

Condo was a short walk to the beach, restaurants, and shopping. We did very little driving. Condo was very spacious-loved the layout and 3 bedrooms were a bonus!

Great beach getaway!

Excellent place to stay!!!

This place was perfect. After spending the day at the beach, we came back to a cold A/C and nice hot showers. We made all our meals in the fully equipped kitchen. We enjoyed watching dolphins from the balcony and we slept soundly in the comfortable beds. It was very clean and beautifully decorated.

Great location

Property was great but no pool. Supposed to share pool with property next door but pool was being worked on. Allowed to use another pool which was farther away,which my husband could not walk to, very crowded being used by 3 properties and was not clean

We loved the property

The view is beautiful. One night we watched 2 dolphins follow a boat into the bay. They were so close to us. We loved the condo, it was very clean and had everything we needed. It was conveniently located by almost everything. We will be back for sure.

Great Stay in Clearwataee

We had a great stay for 3 couples . The location was great, there was plenty of restaurants and bars nearby, and a huge selection further north . We appreciated there was plentiful beach towels, and 3-4 beach chairs and umbrella! Of note; the bathrooms are not inside the bedrooms which actually worked out well for us. The kitchen was well stocked (we made breakfasts only). There was a balcony/breezeway where chairs were and it was awesome to sit out and watch the bay (especially the NYE fireworks!) Overall I would recommend and stay again!
