THE HOUSE is a tastefully decorated, upscale and well-equipped beach home that has been completely remodeled. It sleeps 6 guests and offers 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, an open kitchen and a cozy living/dining area with a sofa sleeper. You will love the secluded, tropical patio which offers a hot tub and a BBQ for relaxing moments.

The property is located in a quiet and upscale, residential neighborhood of Clearwater North Beach, just across the street of the beautiful and pristine Gulf Beach. Clearwater Beach with its vibrant public beach life, various shopping opportunities and diverse restaurants is just a mile away.

The house and cottage can be BOOKED TOGETHER OR SEPARATELY and are the perfect place for families, family get togethers or romantic get-aways. It is NOT SUITABLE FOR SPRINGBREAKERS or any group that wants an environment that allows loud parties.

THE AWARD-WINING GULF BEACH IS ONLY 32 STEPS AWAY! Grill, TVs, cable, WIFI, multiple driveways for parking, beautiful landscaping. Walk to shopping, dining or island attractions. Take the public trolley around the island or go as far south as Treasure Island!

Pinellas County is open for short term vacation rentals with guidelines that we are following in full.

We take the safety of our guest and cleaning staff extremely seriously. Our cleaning crews are using sanitizer and disinfectant on all surfaces before your arrival and as cleaning is taking longer than previously it is unlikely that we can offer early check-ins or late checkouts. Our houses have well equipped kitchens and we believe that separate units are the best option for vacationing in the time of Covid-19.

Florida is seeing an increase in cases at the moment and we stress the importance of guests taking travel insurance that would cover them in the event that they no longer want to travel to Florida. In the event that the administration halts vacation rentals we would of course refund guests as we could no longer accept them. We have to stress that after two months of cancellations and re-bookings we will not be able to offer refunds if Clearwater Beach remains open for vacation rentals but guests decide not to travel.

Relaxing by the beach

Our family enjoyed the immaculate house, the short walk to the beautiful and non commercial beach. Also took advantage of the short trip down Mandalay Ave where all the restaurants and shops are.

Location Location

Great location for for the vacation away from all the hustle of hotels and mass people. Close proximity to shops, restaurants and activities. 2 minute walk to beach to set up your chair and watch the waves. Hot tub was amazing after a long day. Fantastic place to stay if you like your privacy without loosing any amenities. Updated and tastefully decorated. My family and I didn't want to leave.

Perfect vacation spot

We had a wonderful vacation at this property. It was very clean and exactly as it appears in the photos, very homey and comfortable. The proximity to the beach was very close, we could see a sliver of ocean from the side yard and it was just steps away from the walkway to the ocean. Nice quiet neighborhood and the beach was beautiful and peaceful. Also walking distance to shops and restaurants or a short car ride. We had a wonderful vacation. Thank you, Tanya

Perfect Clearwater Beach Home

This is our second visit to this home and we absolutely love it! The home is very comfy, well decorated and sits in the perfect location on the North Beach. Nice, quite neighborhood and < 1 mile to the main Clearwater Beach strip with lots of dining and shopping. We walked to town twice during our stay both on the sidewalks and the beach. This is by far our favorite rental our of all of the houses and beaches we have visited. Highly recommend!

Wonderful House & Cottage

The House & Cottage in Clearwater Beach was the perfect place to stay. Both houses are well maintained and provide anything you would need for your stay. You can only get closer to the beach by staying right on the beach. Neighborhood is quiet but very close to all the action. We actually walked to Palm Pavilion for a great dinner. It is about one mile. Thanks for everything we look forward to returning next March.

Within walking distance of shops and dining. Steps from the beach! Ryan very responsive and works hard to make sure you have a good time. TV is streaming only, not brighthouse cable. This presented a challenge, but we got through it as we had a couple of cold and windy days that we couldn't go to the beach. The house is the best, very clean, a home away from home!

A super comfortable Clearwater Beach retreat

Our stay coincided with a hectic holiday period that had the main resort area to the south quite jammed up with visitors so to have this wonderful house waiting for us nestled in a quiet neighborhood just one mile north of the chaotic fun happening downtown was perfect. Beach access immediately across the very quiet street out front was great and in most ways was actually preferable to being right on the sand. You are literally just a few steps from your front door to the gorgeous, uncrowded beach. The home is clean, well maintained and nicely updated and the photos on this site accurately depict the accommodations and the condition of this roomy cottage. A car is handy from this location if you require immediate mobility but we found ourselves often just catching the beach trolley that loops CB continuously when an unhurried trip to the bars, stores and restaurants downtown was called for. If your travels include a stay on Clearwater Beach you will not be disappointed staying here unless you would miss the hubbub and noise associated with staying in the high rise hotels downtown.

Unbelievably close to the beach!

This property is fantastic! This was our first time staying in a private residence rental over a high rise condo, and honestly...we will never go back!! The home was decorated beautifully, very, very clean and SO close to the beach! It was perfect for two couples, and would accommodate a much larger family just fine. The large w/d was nice, we went home with all clean clothes! A couple things we would change-the thermostat was to stay set at 75 degrees during our stay, this was a little warm for us, and would definitely be too warm later in the summer. It would also be nice to update the living room TV to a smart TV, as we would have liked to watch Netflix one of the evenings we were there. The bedrooms have smart TVs though, which was nice. Other than these minor things, this home was wonderful and we will definitely be back! Clearwater was lovely(this was our first time visiting), Pan Filos had the absolute BEST tacos we have ever had! Frenchys Rockaway Grill was also great and very close to the home. Thanks for being part of our memorable and comfortable vacation!

LOVED, LOVED, LOVED this home!

This home is beautiful! The house was absolutely immaculate when we arrived. It has so many nice touches and great amenities. Great kitchen, comfortable beds and couches, great washer and dryer, and every last detail was thought of - even the light switches are labeled. We were a group of six adults and all had plenty of room and were incredibly comfortable. The proximity to the beach is amazing! We loved being able to open the front door and see the ocean. And the hot tub - such a great perk and it was well maintained. The location is also ideal. The house is close to so many dining options and other fun activities but still secluded and quiet on a nice residential street. We did have a car, which was helpful, but we were also able to walk to many restaurants within 15 minutes. Tanja was so responsive during the booking process and also checked in with us during our stay. Everything went so smoothly that we didn't even need to have contact with her once we arrived. The two bottles of wine waiting for us was also a nice touch. I would not hesitate to book with Tanja again and we cannot wait to return! Thank you, thank you for a wonderful weekend!

Amazing Vacation in Clearwater Beach!!!

I can't say enough how much we loved this property! It is super close to all of the excitement of Pier 60 and all of the nearby stores and restaurants, but it is located in such a quiet neighborhood that you would never know how close all of that stuff is to you! The house itself is exactly as advertised -- no phony outdated pictures in this listing! It has a kitchen with everything you need, comfortable bedrooms, and a great living room area with movies and puzzles. Additionally, it has an outdoor grill which we used on the first night with no problems at all! Now on to the even better details -- it truly is 32 steps to the beach! You can stand right outside of the front door and see the beach access! Also, it is worth mentioning that the section of the beach nearest to the house is such a low-traffic area, and you literally have a 1-5 minute walk to find a great spot where you can spread out. After checking in on Saturday and resting for a bit, we went back out and bought our groceries for the week. That was the last time the car was used until we checked out, as everything is within walking (or biking, if you like) distance! Finally, I want to mention that we really loved that the house was pet friendly. We like to bring our dog with us on our vacations, and were thrilled that Tanja allowed us to bring our dog to her fabulous house. Thank you again, and we hope to stay there again in the future!

Wonderful beach home with easy access to one of the most beautiful beaches in the US. The house had everything we needed to play at the beach and relax after. Kitchen was well stocked with high quality equipment to cook meals for our family. We will most definitely return to this house!

The location of the home was perfect in a quiet neighborhood, only steps from the beach access. It was wonderful to look out the front windows and see the Gulf from the house. The home is very spacious and offered plenty of room for our group of four adults and two young children. Everything a family needs for a relaxing vacation was provided exactly as stated in the listing. The home itself was so clean and welcoming. The kitchen has everything needed to prepare meals at home. We hope to be able to visit Clearwater and stay in Ryan and Amy‘s wonderful home in the future. Five star property all the way!
