RIV1001 - Get ready for the waterfront lifestyle at this end unit, 3 level townhome! With frontage directly on the Lake Louise lagoon you can launch your kayaks or paddle boards easily, or enjoy some on site fishing & crabbing! First level is open concept living, kitchen & dining with a half bath & laundry. Second flr is guest room with 2 full beds as well as a master which also has 2 full beds, en suite full bath & private balcony. Upstairs is more of a flex room (no door) but has a full bed and access to the spacious sun deck & ocean views! Includes 4 badges to the beach, 2 car parking - all within 2 blocks from beach, boardwalk & inlet area! Awesome location!

Shore Points Vacations cancellation policy supersedes any policy advertised or insinuated on other marketplaces. The terms of our lease/rental agreement shall prevail. View our rental agreement for full terms & conditions, however should you wish to cancel your reservation then this is to be requested in writing to Shore Points Vacations. In short, the reservation must be re-booked for any refund to be offered unless otherwise agreed to by the property owner. Trip cancellation insurance is also available and costs about half of what the taxes would cost you which we are exempted from. Shore Points Vacations will do everything in our power to accommodate, as it is our mission to provide an exceptional experience and to become your top choice for your beach vacation every year! If you do not agree with our terms you should not book this rental.
