WASH209 - Prime location within 2 blocks to Bradshaws beach! Fully furnished. Owner will provide linens. 1 KING, 1 QUEEN, 1 FULL plus a sofa bed in the sun porch room! Formal Living room, dining room, gorgeous custom kitchen w/breakfast bar & stainless appliances, 3 Bedrooms , 2 Full Baths. Washer and Dryer included. Nice yard for entertaining outside! Outdoor shower. Parking for 4 cars in private driveway. A great option that puts you close to the theme park/boardwalk action as well as the more quiet beaches...
Shore Points Vacations cancellation policy supercedes any policy advertised or insinuated on other marketplaces. The terms of our lease/rental agreement shall prevail. View our rental agreement for full terms & conditions, however should you wish to cancel your reservation then this is to be requested in writing to Shore Points Vacations. In short, the reservation must be re-booked for any refund to be offered unless otherwise agreed to by the property owner. Trip cancellation insurance is also available and costs about half of what the taxes would cost you which we are exempted from. Shore Points Vacations will do everything in our power to accommodate, as it is our mission to provide an exceptional experience and to become your top choice for your beach vacation every year! If you do not agree with our terms you should not book this rental.
