That said, we're truly sorry to hear about the maintenance and communication issues you experienced during your stay. We appreciate you bringing these concerns to our attention — the oven, tub drains, blinds, and tile should have all been in proper condition, and we regret that they were not addressed promptly. We’re also looking into the missing QR code and lack of follow-up to ensure this doesn’t happen in the future. Regarding the housekeeping incident, we understand how unsettling that must have been. While there is no daily housekeeping service unless specifically requested, we will follow up with our team to clarify procedures and prevent any future misunderstandings. Your feedback helps us improve, and we hope to have the opportunity to provide you with a much smoother experience on your next visit.

Great location on the beach! Near everything & easy to find! Pool was always perfect too. Also very flexible with a late checkout for us! Everything you could need was provided.Only issue was the extra blankets needed washed or sterilized as I had little bites on my legs after using them overnight.
