Get ready to relax and unwind in this lovely 2 bedroom cottage. Just 300 feet back from the ocean with beautiful views and large deck you can take in all the beauty this home offer. Just a quick walk or drive to nearby Tropic of Cancer beach and you will be in heaven. One of the most beautiful and secluded beaches on island. The house is so comfortable and has a fully equipped kitchen, TVs in living and bedrooms, AC, WiFi and washer and dryer. Newly renovated with many added amenities. This is the perfect spot for couples, small group of friends or a family to enjoy the privacy and off the beaten path vibe of this special part of the island. Only 30 min from town so although you feel secluded, there are plenty of amenities nearby. We can’t wait to host you soon!

The home was quaint and charming with a nice view of the ocean from the interior. The internet was fast and stable, and the kitchen outfitted appropriately for my needs. The bed was extremely comfortable and the whole place was great for getting away for a few days.

This place was great! It looked just like the pictures. It was a little under a 10 minute walk to two of the best beaches in Exuma. It is perfect for a secluded and quiet getaway.

We spent a magical 9 days at this beautiful secluded cottage. Katie was amazing! Booking process and communication was excellent. The house was perfect and Katie has ensured that you have everything you could possibly need and more. Her large beach box on the porch has everything for the beach which we appreciated.Its location is perfect for exploring all the beautiful Exuma beaches. (Jeep recommended! We loved returning to this beautiful secluded peaceful cottage each evening. Thank you so much we can’t wait to return!
