Loved our stay!

  • 5 of 5

We were in Glen Ellen for a friend's 40th birthday weekend. This property was PERFECT for our group of 5. The living space is extremely comfortable with a great couch, chairs and good sized tv. The kitchen set up is ideal, open and had everything we needed to make a few meals. We were able to enjoy each other's company over dinner and breakfast at the large dining table. And the outdoor space is amazing - very comfortable and relaxing. Don't forget your bathing suit for the hot tub! The bedrooms were tastefully decorated and the beds were very comfortable. Bathrooms were clean. We made quite a few trips to the Glen Ellen Village Market - has everything you need. As we were departing, we were already talking about planning a trip back! Thanks Norma!

The proximity to town is great, however, I do not recommend walking. The road is very windy and there is no sidewalk. Definitely dangerous as a pedestrian whether it is light or dark out.

I highly recommend this property.

Great location; great for small families, group of frinds

  • 4 of 5

As advertised, this home is in a perfect location for touring Somona and environs, especially the Russian River and Pacific Coast. Home is literally on the road, so some traffic noise is always present and might bother some. Downstairs is nicely decorated; kitchen has everything; and patio outside very pleasant. Upstairs has one nice room w twin beds and the other is more of an attic with a queen bed literally squeezed in (not really a bedroom). For our taste, rooms were warm and only cooled a bit with all fans going and windows open. Very clean and well kept space; we would return.

Fantastic stay for Sonoma

  • 5 of 5

We recently celebrated my mother's 70th birthday here and everything was fantastic. The pictures don't do justice to how nicely appointed the home is. The only bad thing I can think of is it's hard to find the driveway and exit the driveway at times

Great location, beautiful home

  • 5 of 5

We enjoyed our stay here very much and Norma was a great host. It was abnormally hot during our stay (temp reached 100°), so the bedrooms upstairs got a little toasty. The fans that were already in the rooms helped a lot, though. We had everything we needed and would definitely return to this property again. Thank you, Norma!

Wonderful Home in Sonoma Valley

  • 5 of 5

Wow! We loved this comfortable and nicely decorated home. It was a perfect location for our family’s visit to explore the Sonoma and Napa valleys. The home is very well-maintained and equipped with all the conveniences of home. In the evening after returning from the vineyards, we enjoyed hanging out on the great deck in the backyard, playing basketball and relaxing in the hot tub. Norma was very attentive and ensured that our visit went smoothly. We highly recommend this home to any group looking to spend a few days exploring the wine country.

Wonderful

  • 5 of 5

This was one of those perfect weekends, even though it was raining almost the entire weekend. If you're going to stay in Glen Ellen, I highly recommend this house. Norma was so easy to work with and quick to respond to any email I sent. When we arrived and walked into the house, I immediately felt comfortable. It's a great house if you're cooking with your friends, because everyone can be in on the action. The couch was comfortable, there's a huge comfy chair in the living room, which were good for us since it was raining. The back deck was so large, so if you go in the warmer months, that could be one of your deciding factors. There were plenty of towels, the kitchen is stocked with tons of pots and pans as well as spices. And it isn't too far away from the cute and charming town of Glen Ellen. I will definitely be booking this house again because I can't say enough good things about it. Thanks Norma! You have a great house!
