About the host
Hosted by Jennifer Richards
My husband and I have had several rentals over the years. We're excited to share this lovely, peaceful home in Point Richmond with you.
Why they chose this property
We love the quaint charm of Point Richmond. It has a village-like feel that separates it from the hubbub of the rest of the Bay Area. One of our favorite things about this neighborhood is the convenience and the walkability. It's a few blocks walk to the historic downtown and its businesses, shops, and restaurants. It's also a short walking distance to scenic water views, shoreline, beach, parks, trails, and more. We love the feeling of community in this neighborhood. We visit it every chance we get.
What makes this property unique
This house is beautiful, cozy, quiet, historic, and updated. It's special and feels like home.
