Hello, my name is Wade Alexander. My grandparents built this cottage in 1952. It had remained solely within the family until 2022 at which time the family decided to sell. Myself, my brother in-law (Wes and his wife Amber) and a friend of ours (Pam) decided to buy the cottage and renovate it, however, we wanted to keep some of its retro charm. We hope you enjoy staying at one of Ocean Cities oldest home.
Why they chose this property
My grandparents could not have picked a better location. Located on the ocean side of Coastal Hwy, you will be steps way from the beach. There are numerous restaurants/bars within walking distance as well as an amusement park for the kids, and the Ocean City Convention center is right around the corner as well.
What makes this property unique
When we renovated, we decided to keep a lot of the original building materials, to keep that old OC retro vibe. We kept the original wooden stair case and railing, along with the original cabinetry in the kitchen, tongue and grooved pine ceilings and some original paneling throughout the house, as well as exposed cinderblock walls.
