The house was awful to the point the women all got hotel rooms. There were cracks in the ceiling and walls, roaches everywhere, the washer and dryer did not work, there was open food left and a vape. There were soft spots throughout the home and you had to watch where you stepped as well as the stairs. I give this a zero out of a ten.

The listing is significantly misrepresented. The doors and stairs are structurally shaky and unsafe. Furthermore, there is a major pest infestation; we have killed 19 roaches so far. I attempted to resolve this with the host, but they stopped responding completely after the first report it.

We had a great stay!! The house location was close to all the attractions in New Orleans. There was plenty of space for everyone to feel comfortable and the neighborhood was nice. I will definitely book again on my next visit to New Orleans

Beautiful home with lots of space for a large group. Very comfortable home with a great kitchen. Needs additional kitchen supplies like cups and glasses. We enjoyed our stay and will definitely be back.

First off I must say the host was very helpful and nice. Whatever I needed he was more than welcome to do it. The house was pretty big for 7 people. It was quite roomy!!!Dislikes: shower head was broken, but the host did fix it.2.Only the basement water would heat up.The shower upstairs would not get hot at all. 3. Did not have shower rugs. After a shower the floor was soak and wet.4. The stairs and rails were not really steady. 5. The water from basement was hitting the ceiling making the ceiling peel. It was fixed, but should have been fixed long before we got there.6.The door in the basement would not lock. You can still open from the outside.7.The washer was broken.8. The AC kept flipping off a d dripping water in the kitchen.9.The living room furniture was full of stains.10. Need TVs in each room......just a suggestion!!! All in All I enjoyed my stay and had fun. I just think this house needs a lot of upgrading. Also, the back yard needs a lot of work.

Cute and charming older home with three levels. The kitchen is large and functional, and the master bedroom is roomy and with some blackout curtains would be comfortable.

The owner of this property went over and beyond to make sure or stay was excellent. The house is beautiful and he checked in daily to make sure everything was ok with our stay everyday. I definitely recommend staying at this property

The host was very accommodating and welcoming. There was fresh brewed herbal tea waiting for us upon arrival. The property was very nice overall. It seemed like a safe area. Bring earplugs and an eyemask if you want to sleep. Floodlights shine through the curtainless windows and traffic noise is constant.

We stayed at this property for three nights. Unfortunately, our experience was disappointing due to numerous maintenance and cleanliness issues.Upon arrival, we found signs in both bathrooms instructing guests not to flush toilet paper and instead place it in the trash. While this may be necessary because of the plumbing, it should have been disclosed before booking.The house was warm when we arrived, and we discovered the A/C breaker had tripped. It continued to trip throughout our stay, requiring us to go outside repeatedly to reset it. On the second day, I planned to do laundry while traveling with my young children, only to find the washing machine marked "Out of Order – Do Not Use."The home also showed signs of deferred maintenance, including cracks in the walls, stains from previous water leaks, small ants inside the house, and stained sofa cushions. The kitchen was poorly stocked for a home with seven beds, with only four plates and very limited cooking and eating utensils.The biggest issue occurred on our final night when two significant water leaks developed in the kitchen from what appeared to be the upstairs A/C unit. We had to use a bucket and towels to contain the water until morning.I hope these issues are addressed because the property has potential. However, future guests should be aware of these conditions before booking.
