Situated at the front of a single-family home lot, this 1 bedroom, 1 bathroom unit boasts a cozy living room and well-equipped kitchen downstairs while upstairs features a serene bedroom with lots of natural light, quaint bathroom, and a bright sunroom perfect for enjoying your morning coffee, reading or basking in the afternoon sun. Although this is listed as a guest house, this was the original main home of the property when it was built in 1931. It is its own two story, one bedroom, one bathroom home. FIRST FLOOR: ~ Livingroom with cathedral ceilings, door with retractable screen to access courtyard, sofa with full size sleeper, love seat, 65" Smart TV, wall heater with thermostat, wall AC unit with remote, portable space heater, floor fan with remote. ~ Entertainment pantry stocked with board games, playing cards and puzzles! ~ Dine In kitchen fully supplied with cooking items, spices, coffee and tea bar, and stocked wine and spirits bookcase bar. ~ Courtyard: Fire pit, outdoor furnishings, orange tree (best oranges ever! Not one drop of pesticide has ever touched this tree and its 50+ years old. Oranges are ready to pick Nov/Dec.) flowers, plants and of course, Hummingbirds!! SECOND FLOOR: ~ 1 bedroom and balcony with Casper mattress queen size bed, 43" Smart TV, ceiling fan/light with remote, bedside tables and lamps with USB and 3 prong plug outlets, portable windowless AC unit, portable heater, closet, dresser, and bench. ~ 1 bathroom with tub/shower, towels, portable heater/fan unit. ~ Sunroom with seating furniture, wall AC unit with remote, large floor fan with remote, portable heater with remote.

Beautifully appointed and charming space in a quiet but central location within easy walking distance to coffee shops, grocery stores, and restaurants. We could not have asked for a kinder or more solicitous hostess. The well-appointed space is stocked with most everything a guest could want, and Penny (the hostess) will go above and beyond to meet individual needs, which is why we will surely be back to Casa Colibri.

Our stay at Casa Colibri was lovely. Penny was a very attentive and thoughtful host. Her attention to detail in creating this property was evident everywhere; incredible coffee set up in the kitchen, delicious snacks for us to enjoy, plenty of towels / other amenities available in the bathroom, clear instructions for the property, labeled remotes for all devices that required one, ample games to choose from. We felt very cared for.
