Beautiful property right on the lake. We have rented homes for years and I have to say, this was the most well appointed home we’ve ever rented! The house was perfect for our family vacation with two couples and two single adults. The area was quiet and we enjoyed kayaking and biking. Would definitely rent this home again.

From start to finish this was such an easy stay! The views are breathtaking! The house is perfect for a large family! We all had a great time! We brought our paddle boards and kayaks. Very easy to get in and out of the water. A bit rocky but with adequate water shoes there were no problems. The bedrooms were immaculate and very comfortable too! The kitchen had everything! I do mean everything you could possibly need! This is the perfect house! I will definitely book here again!

Our family had an incredible stay at the Lake Front Family Home on Lake Champlain! We traveled with my wife, our three kids, my father-in-law, and our poodles, and it couldn’t have been a better fit for all of us.We’ve stayed in vacation homes throughout Maine, Maryland, and New Jersey, and this property is, without question, our favorite. The home is beautiful, comfortable, and thoughtfully designed. Every detail has been considered, making it feel welcoming from the moment we arrived.The host was absolutely amazing—friendly, responsive, and genuinely committed to making sure we had a wonderful experience. That level of hospitality really made our stay even more special.Our entire family created memories we’ll never forget, and we’re already planning our next trip back. If you’re looking for a relaxing, well-appointed lakefront getaway with an exceptional host, this is the place. We can’t recommend it highly enough!

We had a great time at Rachel’s house. Stunning property and the location is awesome if you have a boat. We used the Marina and it’s so close/convenient. Rachel was communicative and helpful throughout. It was seven friends and we had a ton of space. Highly recommend!

Great property and home

We really enjoyed the location of the house on the lake. The house had plenty of room for 12 people. The kitchen was well stocked for cooking. The house doesn’t have central air, but there was window units in the living room and one bedroom upstairs, as well as a portable unit in another upstairs room. Units in the other two bedrooms would have been ideal for sleeping, but windows open with a breeze was adequate most nights. All in all, we would rent again. Everything was very simple when it came to communication and easy of use.
