$50 for every additional guest per night. *The keys most be place in the box when you leave. If you loose them, $150 for the cost of a locksmith.
Do not take the bath towels outside the property, there are beach towels for that purpose, do not stain the towels, $25 charge for every towel damage.
The garbage must be taken out in front of the property beside the pole. *No smoking in the property, . There will be a $200 fine for cleaning purpose.

Jose was a great host. Had no problems communicating with him. Location was centrally located with easy access to grocery stores, restaurants and two malls.that were 15 minutes away. Small front balcony and much larger one for outdoor dining, playing games or entertaining guests. Parking area out front was very convenient.
