We had an amazing stay! The place was clean, cozy, and exactly as listed. Easy access to the beach as well! Great location and the host was super helpful and responsive. Would definitely stay here again!

Spring Break Family Vacation

Property was very clean. Perfect location. Very short walk to the most gorgeous beach I’ve ever seen. Everyone we ran into out in the neighborhood was so friendly. Communication with hosts was great. We would def stay here again. We even decided to stay one more night.

July 4th weekend

The house was very clean and kept up. Just a block away from the beach. Communication was quick. The back space was very cute..

Overall we enjoyed this property. The downside was airconditioning did not cool even at 68 degrees. Very hot sleeping conditions. When we arrived the pool had a lot of algae on walls which was suppose to be taken care of the next morning. Pool guy came and did his so called scrub and shock but within 24 hours the green was growing again. Backyard is very cute but weeds and palm trees very over grown. Loved location.

Awesome family vacation! 5

My family and I were so HaPpY and pleased with this house! It was close to shopping, restaurants, the beach & in a wonderful neighborhood! It had room for 3 vehicles plus a golf cart we rented. I’m 65 years old and I had to have a way to get around other than the walk to the beach. I’m only suggesting that you might get a cart that’s included with the house. I would’ve paid a little more to have the convenience of one. Other than having to rent a cart, we were 100% very pleased. I would definitely recommend getting this place! Oh, the family & I LOVED the private pool! That’s what sold me on renting this house! Very comfortable and peaceful setting around the poolside! We would rent again! Thanks for everything!

Overall, we were happy with the house. It was as pictured, the golf car Made it super easy for just a couple minute drive to the beach. One thing I was disappointed with was we arrived just 30 minutes early and still were not allowed to check in. I don’t understand if they’re done cleaning while we’re not able to get in just 30 minutes so I was a little disappointed with that considering we had a one year-old grandchild that had been riding in the car all day. Also, I feel like someone kept controlling the air and bumping it back up to 72 or 74. The backyard was nice, but not much grass area so definitely be aware of hot concrete for little ones or pets
