The family area has a walk out balcony so you can exit the sliding glass door to get a breath of fresh air and listen for the sound of the waves just 1/2 mile down the road. The first floor has an outdoor area that is fenced in for security and convenience. Don't forget ingredients for s'mores because there is a small firepit in the back yard area.
