Unit 109 at One Ocean Place is located on first floor with magnificent ocean front view! Building has two service elevators but since unit is on 1st floor, there's no need to wait! There are 4 levels of parking available. Security guard on premises.

There are two 3 to 5 foot deep outside swimming pools and two Jacuzzis. Lounge chairs and tables located around pools. Pools and Jacuzzis open till 11 P.M.!

Two car per unit parking allowed with security gate access! Ocean is a stone's throw from the unit! Life guard on duty directly in front of building from 9 am to 5 pm daily from May 31st till Labor Day! Beach chairs and umbrella rentals available! Fresh water showers available after ocean swim. Restroom located near pool.

Conch restaurant within walking distance from condo! 5-10 minute ride to many fine regular & seafood restaurants! About Mike Samra

I am originally from New Jersey. I have been coming to the Myrtle Beach area since 1987 and moved here in 2003. I live in Murrells Inlet. I have a wonderful wife, 2 grown, married children and 5 grandchildren. I am a retired Senior Systems IT Analyst from ITT Industries in Clifton, New Jersey where I worked for 20 years. I served in the United States Navy from 1961 to 1966 aboard the USS Great Sitkin AE17 and the USS Laffey DD724 (Now at Patriot's Point, SC and the most decorated ship of WWII!)

There is a great ocean view where you are able to see a spectacular sunrise most mornings, especially when you are eating breakfast out on the patio. Since you are on the first floor, you don't have to wait for an elevator. You can either walk up one flight of stairs if parked on the ground floor or right to the unit if parked on the same level!

Outstanding!

Beautiful condo in perfect location! Owner has thought of everything one might need, including beds made upon arrival, hand soap and toilet paper in bathrooms, paper towels, both regular and automatic dishwashing soap, tissues ... And condo sparkling clean!! Views from balcony stunning!

To top it all off: my husband left several articles of clothing there and owner emailed and called us before we even realized items were left behind!

We've been renting condos in Surfside/ Garden City area for close to 30 years and this rental experience was by far the BEST of all.

Owner's Response: My ultimate goal for every renter is to make them feel as if it is their 2nd home when they walk through the door. All they should need to do is enjoy themselves during their stay. I hope that I have been successful in accomplishing that goal. If not, I am always open to any suggestions that will enhance their stay and encourage them to come again.

Excellent, quiet location

The location was excellent, Mike was super friendly, helpful, and accommodating. The condo itself, is somewhat outdated, and we had problems with fireworks on the beach nightly, so we stayed in the spare bedroom for a more relaxed sleep. Other than the condo needing renovated, it was clean, and a great place to lay your head, which, is all you need IMHO. It's a short drive to Murrells Inlet attractions, and a short drive to Myrtle Beach attractions, away from the hustle and bustle. Bottom line, we'd stay here again.

Clean, convenient, decor was average, good view of beach & ocean, check in was easy.

Check out was too early, coffee not provided, first 2 days beach access was blocked by army corps of engineers beach reclamation project, overnight work was noisy and interfered with good night 's sleep. Reasonably priced if it had not been for beach access problem and noise previously mentioned .

Owner's Response: Like they say, you can please some of the people some of the time, but you can't please all the people all the time and apparently our most recent guests fall into the latter category. Sometimes there are extenuating external circumstances beyond our control and the beach renourishment project in progress happened to be one of them. We provide a lot of extras for our guests, but coffee isn't one of them because we don't know who drinks decaf, regular, espresso, etc. Therefore we leave it up to the guest to supply the coffee of their choice. The unit has been furnished to provide a second home atmosphere for our guests at a reasonable price. For those wishing to experience ultimate luxury in furnishings, etc. should consider booking a suite at the Fountain Bleu Hotel.

Better than expected

Nice condo with all the comforts of home. Owner has obviously put a lot of thought into making his guests feel welcome. Everything in order and directions to the unit and instructions on navigating the features and electronics simple to follow. Nice location within the facility - first floor, ocean view. Would highly recommend to anyone visiting the Myrtle Beach area.

This unit is conveniently located, spacious, clean and well maintained.

The first floor location of this unit is particularly convenient in that it is easily accessible from the parking garage and therefore eliminates the hassle of riding the elevator. Very spacious with a fantastic view from the living room, master bedroom and patio area. The patio directly overlooks the pool, so if privacy is important, that could be an issue at times. Clean and well maintained. Owner communicates promptly with all the necessary details. We enjoyed our stay and would certainly consider returning in the future.
