Great location, right in the center of it all!! Very clean, spacious and updated home. Comfortable beds, fully stocked and a garage to park the car!! (A huge commodity for Portsmouth.)

This house was absolutely perfect! The location couldn’t have been better — everything was within walking distance, with great restaurants and shopping just down the street. The home itself was beautifully decorated — warm, inviting, and so tastefully updated. The beds were incredibly comfortable, and every detail made it feel cozy and welcoming. We would definitely recommend this place and would love to stay here again

Apartment had a great layout including an outside deck to enjoy breakfast or cocktails. The 3 king beds were a bonus and rare find. The location was walkable for so many things including an evening at Jimmy’s Jazz Club which is a fabulous venue. Our friend Bill Charlap was performing. Incredible.

Perfect Portsmouth Getaway

This property exceeded our expectations for our college roommate reunion weekend. The location couldn't have been better - we could easily walk to all the main attractions, restaurants, and activities Portsmouth has to offer. Having garage parking was huge bonus too since street parking is expensive. It rained quite a bit during our stay, but the house was so comfortable and well-appointed that we genuinely enjoyed spending time there when we had to adjust our outdoor plans. The living spaces were perfect for catching up and reminiscing, and everyone commented on how comfortable the beds were after long days of exploring. We also felt completely safe throughout our stay, which allowed us to fully relax and enjoy our time together. I'd absolutely recommend this place to anyone visiting Portsmouth, whether you're planning a reunion like ours or just want a centrally located, comfortable home base for exploring the area.

Perfect Portsmouth Getaway!

This was our annual weekend away with friends. This year we choose Portsmouth, NH and this place was perfect for us. It was clean spacious had all we needed to be very comfortable and at ease. Clean, very well decorated and just special. Easy to access all Portsmouth has to offer. We parked and then walked everywhere easily. Host was very warm and communicated well, even giving us a restaurant recommendation. Very nice made our trip special.
