This beautifully appointed vacation lodging in its first season is off to a wonderful start. It is located near many dining places. It made available everything we needed for our stay. The hosts were cordial and accessible to answer questions. We would definitely consider staying here again.

Beautiful condo, great location.

The condo was beautiful and had everything you could possibly need. Location was perfect and just a short walk to the beach and just steps to the restaurants, shopping, coffee shop etc. We have been coming to OGT for years and this is by far our favorite place. Can’t wait to visit again.

Beautiful unit, perfect location!

This was such a lovely unit! Hosts were extremely thoughtful with everything imaginable for a lovely stay. Walking distance from the beach, galleries, and restaurants. We had a wonderful time!

We had the most amazing stay at Joan's condo! Joan was an excellent host and was very prompt to answer all my questions before and during our stay. The condo is spacious and contains so many extra amenities such as beach chairs, beach toys, and a cooler! It is located right in the heart of Ogunquit with tons of shops, restaurants, and beach just steps away which made for an even more enjoyable stay. I highly recommend Joan's condo and hope to be able to visit again someday!

This property was absolutely perfect for our weekend away! The beautiful great room was bright and welcoming. The kitchen was perfectly stocked, there was enough room to spread out on the huge sectional to watch the game on tv or gather at the table to play a game or enjoy a good meal. The beds were so comfortable! Loves the amen tyke in the bathrooms too!Easy wall to restaurants, shops, the beach and the marginal way! The beach is so close we even ventured out to see the sunrise one morning!Thank you for your perfect family getaway condo! We’ll be back for sure!!!

The location was great, walking distance to most things. The unit was lovely, spacious and airy. Two and 1/2 bathrooms was a treat. The 2 single beds upstairs were seamlessly converted to a king size with a fabulous comforter on top before we arrived. I cant say enough about the amenities - incredibly thoughtful- full set of kitchen cookware plus even some pantry items like coffee filters, nice toiletries in the bathrooms with super soft towels. Plus they had everything for a day at the beach-cooler, chairs, umbrella! And a rain umbrella. The lovely place was beautifully decorated and appointed..,just being in the place felt like vacation. At first I thought it was a bit expensive but certainly worth it…hoping to go back next year. Hosts were lovely too
