Great property and location

Could not be in a better part of Barcelona to have access to everything. We were very comfortable in all the accommodations and we loved the location of this apartment.

Apartment was clean and modern as depicted in the ads. Management went above and beyond to accommodate any needs and the location was very good. Nice mall and grocery on the same block. All modes of transportation really close and great restaurants all around. Was perfect.

Nice, clean apartment in great location

Family of 3 stayed here and we were very happy with this apartment. Location was great, only a block away from plaza catalunya. The apartment itself was clean and comfortable. Would definitely recommend to anyone looking to stay in downtown Barcelona.

Appartment was spotless and it was a very easy check-in and checkout. We appreciated the nice touch with extra toilet paper and coffee pocks Super great location easy access to the bus and metro stations well as many restaurants/coffee shops.A few things that would have been appreciated in the appartment would have been a bigger pot for cooking pasta, easier instructions to start the stove top, stove fan and light were not functional and a few face towels would have been appreciated.

Spacious & Comfortable Unit in the Gorhic Quarter

Our stay was great! This appartment is close to the Placa de Catalunya and perfect for visiting the Gothic Quarter. There is a subway stop nearby to get you to the Sagrada Familia and the Casa Mitlo & La Perdrera are walkable as is las Ramblas. We received excellent information regarding restaurants and the check-in was seamless. Enjoy!

Great location, perfect stay.

Everything was perfect, just as pictured. Great location and everything we needed. 5 star with a note that we had trouble with the dryer not drying the clothes. This may have been our mistake but we tried every dry cycle and had to hang to finish drying. Would still stay here again.

Yes right washer combined with dryer doesn’t dry fully clothes . They come out not dry with this kind of machine . Thank you for great review.

GREAT PLACE & LOCATION

As described, very comfortable beds, nice bathroom, fantastic that shower & toilette are separated. Only 1 Air Conditioner Split in livingroom but it makes the entire apartment VERY COLD-VERY QUICK, kitchen well stocked, washer/dryer very cool to have. AMAZIING COMMUNICATION & VERY CLEAR INSTRUCTIONS. Will stay here again. Muchas Gracias Andra.

Great stay!

Our family of 3 stayed in Barcelona for 5 nights. The apartment is large, well appointed, had lots of amenities provided, and everything looked and smelled very clean upon arrival! The air conditioning worked very well and cooled the entire space no problem. The apartment is in a very busy area and centrally located so there are plenty of dining and shopping options nearby and it’s easy to get almost anywhere. The only downside for our family was that the beds and pillows were quite hard, making it difficult for us to sleep well. But it was a beautiful, comfortable place to return to after long days out in the city.

Great place! Great location!

This place was very nice. Only critiques were that the description says there is a second bedroom with a single bed which there is, but there is no picture of it. I think it would be helpful to show a picture so guests can get a better idea of what is provided. Also, the description shows a sofa bed in a separate space with a privacy curtain, but the curtain was missing and one would not be provided. Also, only one set of keys were provided and it would have been helpful to have at least two sets.
