Discover the beauty of Monroe from this 2-bedroom apartment. The cozy space features 1 king bed and 1 queen bed, perfect for a small group of guests. Two twin rollaway beds available upon request. Enjoy the convenience of WiFi, faux fireplaces and a washer and dryer. The bathroom includes a tub, extra towels and a blow dryer. Make the most of your time in Monroe at our wonderful apartment.
Walk across the street and enjoy the wine tasting room at Broadley Vineyards, and the local artists at the Monroe Arts Center. Walk a block or two away and see what amazing eateries Monroe has to offer at The Long Branch, Long Timber Brewing and Bennys Pizza. Below the apartment is Christmas Junction, a year round Christmas store.
Walk a block away and enjoy Silo’s Coffee at a cute little coffee stand every morning.
Monroe is 20 minutes away from the Eugene airport, 25 minutes to Eugene, 20 minutes to Corvallis and 1 hr 15 minutes to Florence.
This apartment is decorated with Christmas decor to keep the Christmas spirit alive all year long.
For your comfort the apartment has a new ductless air-conditioning/ heat unit and two new ceilings fans in the bedrooms.

Awesome in every way. First time I have stayed there, but everything from the start was perfect. Owner even let me know it was available for early check in if I needed it. The ad was 100% accurate, and I highly recommend it if you are ever close to that area and need a nice place to stay.

Small town country atmosphere at its' best. Beautiful countryside to drive through. Misti was instantly available for info and concerns. She even had a backup available if needed. Stay was safe and the accommodations were both spacious and fully stocked. Two bedrooms were separated by the living area making each a private space. Would stay again if available.

We loved this property! It was a comfortable place to stay and was conveniently located near Oregon State. The town of Monroe is quaint with some fabulous places to eat! Oh, and make sure you check out the Christmas shop below the property.

When we arrived at the property it is clean and easy to get into with the pin pad. While it is an older building with historical value, it has been upkept and modernized. The stairs getting to the second story may be an issue for people with mobility issues. The location is great as there are multiple options for food and drinks within walking distance. As well as a convenience store across the street. The owner also operates the store on the first floor of the building, she was kind, helpful, and genuinely wanted us to enjoy our stay with recommendations and some great stories. When we need to stay again in this part of Oregon, this will be the first place to look into.

Super cute apartment! Christmas is my favorite time of year so getting to stay in an apartment decorated with the Christmas theme was amazing. The host was super kind and understanding with my son’s service dog. There’s a great restaurant by the convenient store that we walked to- We truly enjoyed our stay.

Monroe is a small rural town of just over 700 residents. Though small we have world class restaurants and wineries. Across the street is Broadley Winery and next to that is our Monroe Arts Center featuring our talented local artists. A block away either north or south are three amazing restaurants all within a short walking distance. There are numerous wineries, and a golf course within 15 minutes of Monroe.
This small town sits 33 minutes north of Eugene and 24 minutes south of Corvallis right on OR-99W. It also is an easy 21 minutes north of the Eugene airport.

The Cozy Christmas Apartment is the upper floor unit in a building registered with the Federal Historic Places. It was built in 1911 as Monroe State Bank. The apartment has 12 foot ceilings and large windows. It has a mixture of light Christmas decor ( to keep the spirit alive year round), modern conveniences and retro 1990’s touches.
