Welcome home! This relaxing 2nd floor coastal retreat is available for weekly and month off-season rentals. (Elevator is available in the center of the building)

If you are looking for less than one week and the calendar shows available, you can reach out to see if I can honor your reservation. (I would need to block a full week)

Looking for the perfect getaway or a comfortable home away from home? This beautifully furnished 3-bedroom, 2-bath condo in the highly sought-after Summerlyn community is ideal for vacationers, traveling professionals, and seasonal renters alike!

Room for the whole family! Plenty of room for the whole family with 2 twin beds in the first bedroom, 1 queen bed in the bedroom adjoining the hall bath, and a King bed in the main bedroom.

Relax and unwind with your morning coffee or tea on the private balcony off the main bedroom and sunroom, which overlooks the pond. We provide a small amount of coffee and tea with sweetener for your use.

**Starting with 2026 bookings, bed linens and towels are included with your stay!**
*We provide a starter amount of toilet paper and paper towels. Guests are responsible for any additional quantities required. We provide hand and dish soap, laundry detergent, and coffee, tea, and other basic kitchen staples for guest use.*

Charlene was a wonderful host before and during our stay. We had a great visit, our family of four was very comfortable throughout the week. Her place was clean and very well appointed. Highly recommend!

We loved our stay in Lewes! The comdo was cozy, the balcony was adorable, the sheets were so comfy! We all bought a set haha. Communication was amazing as well!

Our rental was clean, and filled with thoughtful amenities left by the host! They left us a complimentary bottle of wine, complimentary soaps, towels, and bedsheets! The pool in the neighborhood was very clean and easily accessible with the pool passes. Charlene was very accommodating and friendly! Overall, we greatly enjoyed our stay at the Summerlyn in Lewes, Delaware!

Charlene’s place was great! It was comfortable enough for our group of six, including four adults and two kids. We loved all of the puzzles and children’s books at the house! The space was clean and well taken care of. Everything we needed was included from extra TP, to seasonings and kitchen essentials and laundry detergent. We didn’t need to buy a thing. The location is great too, just 20 minutes or less from the beach (without traffic) and there’s a nice pool on the property too which was lots of fun! Would definitely recommend.

We had a wonderful stay! A very clean unit! The beds were comfy, the furniture was comfy and we loved the outdoor balcony w the waterfall and pond! Charlene was quick to respond and very kind and a fabulous host! We’ll be coming back & sending friends/family her way!

Amazing Stay

Came and stayed with my family for a baseball tournament and vacation. The location. And the community. The kids absolutely loved the pool, we went daily. The host Charleen was available when needed, we didn’t need her much or often but when we reached out she responded within minutes. The home was absolutely stunning, I didn’t want the kids to eat anywhere but the kitchen! I hope to stay here again in the future

Spring break getaway

We had the pleasure of being the first guests at this condo! The condo is cozy and spacious, just as pictured. There was plenty of room for everyone and the sunroom and porch are great features. The porch is the perfect spot to enjoy morning coffee with relaxing views of the pond. The condo was within easy driving distance of everywhere we wanted to go. Charlene was very accommodating both before and during our trip, making sure we had everything we needed. She even provided a welcome basket with small toiletries and cleaning items to get us started. We would definitely stay here again!
