- Long Term Guests (stays over 28 nights): $150 per dog
- Membership dog park in the back of the building: $80 for the year

★ HOUSEKEEPING SERVICES:
Short-Term Stays: Housekeeping services are not provided during your stay; however, extra cleanings are available for an additional fee. For stays of less than 3 weeks, a starter kit of supplies will be provided, and it will be the guest's responsibility to replenish what is needed.

Long-Term Stays (stays over 28 nights): A $400 cleaning fee and a starter kit of supplies will be provided. It is the guest's responsibility to replenish any needed supplies.

★ CAMERAS: The apartment building has security cameras on the exterior (facing the front door of the building), interior hallways (facing down each hallway), and if the WIFI unit door locks have cameras, and these cameras record 24/7

Easy check in, place was clean and as pictured/described. Surrounding area was plentiful in restaurants though a little sketchy in places. Park behind the building attracted a lot of homeless.

Fun in the heat of St Louis

The unit was as described and very comfortable. It was close to places to eat and Sugar fire BBQ was excellent! Not a great place to be out late, but we walked home from Bush Stadium After ballgame with no problems. all communications went well and parking in garage was cheapest route.

Great Loft in Downtown St. Louis

We had a great time at the Loft. It was big enough for our family of 4 adults and two children. It's very close to a lot of attractions, and food.We were especially pleased that they had a pack-n-play and highchair for our 10-month old. The unit has everything you need to cook your own meals. It was a comfortable place for our family.

The unit itself was clean and had plenty of space for our group, which made our stay comfortable once inside. However, there were several issues that made the overall experience disappointing.The listing stated it was about an 11 minute walk to Busch Stadium, but in reality it was just over 20 minutes. We specifically booked this location expecting to be closer so we could easily walk and spend more time around downtown.The surrounding area also did not feel very safe, especially at night. There were consistently people lingering outside the building entrance, and since parking was about a block away, we had to walk past multiple uncomfortable situations, including being approached for money and witnessing questionable activity. Additionally, there were loud dogs in the building at night, no reliable WiFi connection during our stay, and the street was barricaded by security each evening, which added to the inconvenience.While the space itself met basic expectations, the location and accuracy of the listing were significant drawbacks. Unfortunately, I would not choose to stay here again.

The home itself was very clean and comfortable, and the location was convenient for getting around. However, there are some important things to note. Parking is not included with the stay, which made things a bit challenging. On both Friday and Saturday nights, the streets nearby were blocked off, and when we asked security, we were told it was due to a “shooting.” That was concerning and definitely impacted the experience.Overall, the property itself was nice and well kept, but the lack of parking and neighborhood concerns made it less ideal than expected.

The space was adequate for what we needed. Walkable to Busch Stadium and the City Museum. We had issues while we stayed and contacted the host. The host never called back or messaged me back through VRBO which is why I am not pleased with my stay. Additionally, I was told parking could be provided, but when it came time to arrange I was told I’d have to pay via Venmo or Cashapp. It seemed shady so I made other arrangements. Overall, the place was fine but the host was difficult to connect with both prior to and during our stay.

Property host was great and responded quickly! The unit was not as nice as we had hopef. The furniture was very stained and dirt and the stove was old and needs replaced. Not the best part of town for a family stay!
