Rega Stays welcomes you to our gorgeous condo in Pointe Royale! This two bedroom condo features a king bed in the master with an en suite bathroom and a queen in the second bedroom. We even provide a pack-n-play for our littlest guests! Come relax and enjoy all the comforts of home with a touch of luxury in our beautiful condo.

Step outside to relax on your private deck overlooking the resort lawn with a small pond. Sip on your morning coffee or night cap with a glass of wine as you take in the serenity with your family and friends.

The living room is great for lounging around after a day of exploring the area. You can relax on the comfortable couch while watching your favorite shows on the large flat-screen TV or gather around the table for a board game competition with the kiddos. You'll also have access to high-speed Wi-Fi throughout the condo.

The full kitchen is equipped with everything you'll need to prepare delicious meals during your stay. You'll find modern appliances, plenty of cookware, dishes and utensils to serve your meals. A dining room table seating four or two barstools offer mealtime seating.

Just what we were looking for.

Spacious 2 bedroom was perfect for our family of 4. Living room was great for relaxing, enjoyed watching movies on the oversized sectional. They even had a closet stocked with games and puzzles. We didn’t have a chance to use the indoor pool, but we did get a chance to see the facilities and they were just as described. Ashley was extremely prompt with communication and very friendly. We would definitely visit again and plan to rent from RegaStays in the future.

Room was not clean. Oven was filthy! Dresser drawers had dust etc in them so did not put clothes away in them. Sink in bathroom slow to empty. Toilet seat loose. Front entry door did not feel secure as it vibrated noisily. Host was aware but we didn’t have anything done to more interrupt our stay.. Felt these items should not have been what kept us from enjoying the place if they had been taken care of before we booked. The main lack of cleansiness and maintenance needed on the unit were upsetting and felt should have been taken care of before any bookings.

I was impressed by the condo and management. I’d message management about anything and got quick responses back. Management helped me out by listing some mini golf places along with food choices. Will definitely be booking again with them.

Fantastic Condo/Great Price!

This condo was perfect! There was plenty of room for all of us and it was a great space to spend time together when we weren’t out exploring, enjoying a show, or shopping. It was pretty hot outside during our stay and it was so nice to come back to a cool condo with great showers. Ashley was very responsive to questions and anything we needed. We will be back!

The condo was ok. There were no paper towels or Kleenex, so we went and purchased our own. The right sink in the master bathroom was very clogged and basically unusable, the tub/shower had an old jacuzzi with dirt around the jets and chipped enamel. The bath mat looked like it hadn’t been washed in a while. The bed in the extra bedroom made weird sounds any time you moved so sleep was lacking, and the tub in that bathroom needs replaced, as it had spots chipped away on the bottom that appeared. We chose not to take the chance of using it. An extra swivel stool had very loose screws. The carpet in the living room needs restretched, and the sliding doors don’t lock. They did provide a piece of wood with a handle. It also needs sprayed for insects. Spiders are out. I would not recommend this condo.

We were very satisfied with the property but had a problem with the amenity cards which did not work . We needed them to enter the property and pool area. We were told the office had to correct them but the office was only open Monday through Friday. We were there Friday through Sunday. Did not help us at all and we could never find anyone available. A very kind person let us into the pool area. And the gate manager let us in each time. So overall everything worked out great. Would stay again.

Hi! I'm Ashley, the founder of Rega Stays, and since we are grateful that you are considering our condo as a place to stay, I wanted to fill you in on who we are as your potential hosts.

First and foremost, we are a Christian family and we are proud of our faith. We (Scott and I) desire to instill this faith in our children and if successful, we would count this our lives' crowning achievement!

Our children, numerous as they are (7!), range in age from 4 to 23 and their individual personalities vary just as much. We have an artist (23), a singer (21), a softball/socialite (14), two baseball players (11 & 12), a gymnast (10) and ‘the boss’ (4).

After years in the corporate finance world, I left office life to pursue my dream of hosting. Now I consider it an extreme honor to get to play even the smallest part in helping my guests enjoy their vacations! ❤️ Scott, also in corporate finance, balances his professional work with his passion for farming.

We love our sports enjoying Chiefs, Royals and Wildcat games with friends, family and BBQ. Our weekends are marked with these as we love to host at our crazy, loud and packed house! While we play hard, we also work hard. Scott persistently reminds me to balance the former with the latter.

We each grew up in small, rural Kansas communities and a commonality within our individual families were annual trips to Branson and Silver Dollar City! Our childhood memories of these trips often overtook our conversations and we vowed our children would experience the same. Scott did not even put up an ounce of resistance when I suggested purchasing a condo for us to stay in and share with family and friends. We have enjoyed the experiences with our guests so much that we now own and/or manage 40!
