Great views, easy access to the beach, fabulous pools. Overall a great condo, the floors could have been cleaned a little better. That’s my only complaint. Everything else was top notch. Great location.

The unit was great but had issues with every code, except the door to the unit. Called the after hours number for help, the codes they gave us didn't work. Finally a guest there gave us their code and it worked. Maybe if tech support had told us to use a # or check mark with the codes it might have worked but they didn't. Won't stay again due to the code issues. Also really don't understand not providing beach chairs and umbrella, can't bring them when flying. That was stated in the contract but was not happy about it. Had to rent them. The unit and view were great but the code thing was ridiculous.

Spring break getaway to see my son

We came out from Colorado to visit my son who is in the Navy. This is our second time coming to Pensacola, but our first time at this building. The place was so clean, and the pool deck is awesome. It was so nice to have two parking spots so my son could come over. We walked to all the places we wanted to eat at. We will come back to this place again when we come back. It is

We love the location and views

We stay at Emerald Isle condominium every time we come to Pensacola for vacation. It’s right on the beach and the views from every condo faces the beach and ocean. I can’t say enough about the views! It’s magnificent!! And it’s walking distance to everything. We love this place.

Awesome Condo with Excellent Views!

We really enjoyed our stay at Emerald Isle. Our only complaint is that we were given incorrect gate codes and door codes, so it was a bit difficult to get in our first day. One of our favorite parts is that this condo is within walking distance to almost every restaurant on Pensacola Beach.

Loved our stay!

We enjoyed our stay. The place was clean and as described. I saw some reviews that complained about the door key. We had one problem when we first got there and our code did not work to get in but I called the number on the email and within 2 minutes it was fixed. They were very nice and easy to deal with. We would definitely stay here again!

Spring Training

406 was very nice. Beds were comfortable which is a huge plus. Plenty of dishes/pots/pans. Unit was very clean. Limited toilet paper provided for a weeks stay. Problems with the door code access but staff was available to help within a short period of time. Would recommend to a friend and would stay again.

Beautiful beach-themed property right on the beach

Bright, beachy and clean. Wonderful having 2 bathrooms. The views of the beach and Gulf from the huge south-facing windows are amazing! Huge, open, and well-supplied kitchen. The beach is unbelievable--white sand like powder, water crystal clear and warm. You can rent chairs and umbrella for the day. This place is really really nice. I highly recommend it.

The beds and furniture were very comfy and the location was fantastic! Great pool/beach view and great little places for food across the street. My only complaint was mold/mildew on both shower curtains and the master toilet wouldn’t stop running. These things didn’t keep us from having a great time and we’d return for sure!

Nice Place

The condo was as advertised. We didnt have issues with the codes as other people have in the past. My only comment would be about the beach chairs. They are $50/day to rent on the beach. Some condos include this but this one does not. Would of been nice to have some beach chairs/umbrella in the closet to use for those of us who fly. We bought some and left a few there so hopefully the next family can use them.

Great place but the noise was ridiculous

Renovations on an above condo were being done for 4 of our 6 days. The jackhammering was so bad my husband called the cops and filed a complaint. It started at around 8 am and ended around 4pm. Everyone could hear it at the pool also. It was ridiculous!

Great Condo- Horrible code situation

Condo is beautiful, just as described in listing. I've stayed in this building many times and this unit was my favorite. I have one complaint, the code situation is ridiculous. We were able to get into the condo after requesting a second code. Which was fine. But as for the building entrance, pool etc. I rate you a zero for ability to navigate your property. My mother felt uncomfortable going anywhere alone because after the third code nothing would work. I relied on others to get us in the building the whole stay. Absolutely unacceptable. I've never had an issue with the codes at this property until this stay. Unfortunately, I will probably choose a different location next time.

Rating Details: The property manager was adequately helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The day of our arrival was the day the blue angels flew. We called weeks ahead of time to ask if we could access the property (NOT the condo... NOT early check in) so that we could park and access the beach to watch the show. We were told no, that the cleaning people would be using our parking spaces (really? 2 parking spaces?) But there was nothing that we could do so we were stuck in traffic with my son trying to hang out the window to try and see the angels. So we get our keys and head to the condo.... to our surprise there was absolutely no where to park on the lot! We couldn't even unload our car. There were cars and people parked everywhere in the condo parking it that did not belong there. This was very upsetting since we had paid to stay there and yet we could not even park on the lot prior to 3pm, but when we got there there was so many people on that lot it was insane. Illegally parked on the curb, under the awning, etc. The condo itself was nice enough and we enjoyed it other than slow elevators and only a sheer curtain in the bedroom (no sleeping late!) but the condo was overall nice and met our needs. It had a nice balcony, nicely furnished and plenty of dishes and cookware.
