This was the Best Vacation Spot Ever. We have been visiting Ocean Isle Beach for years and this was the perfect home and location we have ever found . Look forward to visiting again.

House was perfect. Beds were comfy, bedding and towels were nice. Everything you can think of was provided for you - even beach chairs. The amenities were fun and included video games, pool, swimming pool and hot tub plus mini-golf. We are ready to book again.

Loved staying! Perfect location! Our only complaint is there is no handle on the pool to get in/out and heat was not included in the original price for the hot tub. Heat wasn’t a huge deal for us as we had a some small kids but the handle would be a game changer. Thanks so much for your hospitality! Beautiful home!

Perfect house for a large, active family! The beds slept AMAZINGLY! Lots of games were played, the fellas maintained a golf tournament for most of the week on the arcade game and in between turns had the pool table running nonstop. Us girls made use of the pool whenever we weren’t walking the beach. We were lucky enough to catch a turtle nest hatching this time so that was icing on the cake! Excellent communication with the hosts, kitchen is stocked for the whole crew, location is ideal, house is super clean! Can’t wait to get back next year!

We had a wonderful stay at Natalie & Paul’s home. It was very clean, cozy, and looked just like the pictures. All areas were perfect for our whole family. We spent a lot of time in the beautiful backyard pool area. The location & ocean views were picture perfect. Paul was quick to answer all of our questions from the time we booked until check-out. He was kind, friendly & personable. Our family has been going to OIB for 35 years. This home definitely was at the top of our list. We would love to stay here again!

Everything about this house was wonderful. We especially loved the views from all the rooms. With the many balconies, you were able to retreat and enjoy a cup of coffee or read a book. We spent the mornings on the spacious beach and the late afternoons by the pool. This area of the East end is becoming a favorite of ours due to the quietness and minimal traffic. Paul answered all of our questions in a timely manner. We would definitely rent this home again.

We had an amazing experience staying at Paul and Natalie’s beautiful beach home! From start to finish, everything was seamless, including an easy and stress-free check-in process. The home was absolutely awesome, beautifully maintained, and offered amazing views of the beach that made our stay even more special.The pool was a fantastic addition and provided the perfect place to relax, while the kids enjoyed their time in the pool.The elevator was incredibly convenient and made getting around the home so much easier between the three floors. It was especially accommodating bringing in luggage and groceries.Paul and Natalie were exceptional hosts, very welcoming, responsive, and clearly committed to making sure their guests had a wonderful experience. We truly enjoyed our stay and would highly recommend their home to anyone looking for a relaxing and memorable beach getaway for a large group. We can’t wait to return!

This property is beautiful. Every room was clean and neatly attired with bath towels and beach towels. Now !!!! this is how you know a quality host. Each bathroom had a new roll of toilet paper with the wrapper still on. Seems like a little thing, but demonstrates the care and attention to detail this host and home demonstrates. The kitchen had an abundance of plates, bowls, silverware, pots, pans baking sheets and utensils. Everything you needed. The beds and furniture were all comfortable and functional. Large new TV in the living room and game room. Outdoor area was fantastic and designed perfectly. Communication with the host was simple and pleasant. A beautiful home!!! It was perfectly decorated and designed. Best place I ever rented.Thanks Paul.

"Perfect Family Beach Getaway!"

This house was absolutely perfect for our beach getaway! Beautifully decorated and a fantastic layout that made it easy for our whole family to relax and enjoy. The kitchen was fully stocked with everything we needed, modern appliances, serving ware, and cookware, making it easy to prepare meals for a large group. We loved the outdoor space. The private pool and hot tub were so relaxing, and the putting green around it was a fun bonus! The pool table inside was a hit, too. Beds were super comfortable, and the views from the home were gorgeous. The beach was just a short, easy walk away, and having gas grill was a nice perk. Ample parking and property manager was exceptional with responding. This home truly has it all—we can’t wait to come back! Honestly one of the prettiest homes on the island!

Absolutely beautiful home in a perfect location. House was spotless and hosts were wonderful at communicating throughout our stay. Great views of the ocean and very walkable beach access. The pool and putt putt were a hit with kids and adults alike. The video games and pool table really added that extra level of (sun free) fun. It was also great to have the kitchenette with fridge on the pool level.Perfect for multiple families traveling with children. It was so nice to have bathrooms in each bedroom plus the half baths in common spaces. Highly recommend!!

We had a party of 17 people. The house was perfect for all of us. The host was very responsive to any questions or issues that came up. House was very clean and we had everything we needed. Paul answered our questions very quickly. It was very nice to deal with.
