Steps to the Beach in Beautiful Loggerhead Cay
Welcome to your Sanibel escape. This bright, thoughtfully updated Gulf-front condo is located in sought-after Building 1 at Loggerhead Cay, just steps from the beach. Its northeast-facing orientation fills the condo with gentle natural light, offering lovely sunrise views and a calm, comfortable atmosphere throughout the day.
The open layout and large windows provide unobstructed Gulf views from the living room, kitchen, dining area, and master bedroom. The glass-enclosed lanai features sliding glass doors, allowing you to enjoy the breeze when open or stay comfortable year-round when closed.
Situated on Sanibel’s convenient East End, the condo offers easy access to the Causeway, island bike paths, shops, and restaurants, making arrivals, departures, and day trips simple and stress-free.
The condo is spotless and well-maintained, with comfortable modern coastal furnishings, soft neutral tones, and light wood accents.

Loggerhead Cay is a quiet, Gulf-front community with a heated swimming pool, tennis and pickleball courts, shuffleboard, bike racks, e-bike charging, and outdoor grills conveniently located near Building 1.
Minimum seven-night stay. Off-season flexible check-in day (Sunday check-ins avoided).
No pets. Non-smoking property. Primary renter must be at least 28. Maximum occupancy is four guests. Signed rental agreement and security deposit required.
Sanibel continues to recover beautifully following Hurricane Ian, and Loggerhead Cay was one of the first communities to complete restoration. Many restaurants and shops are open, with updates available through the Sanibel Chamber of Commerce.
This is our family’s much-loved vacation home, and we look forward to sharing it with guests. All fees are included, with no hidden charges.
