Back on the holiday market after a complete refurbishment and an excellent new Agent, please see the reviews received on our other Villa reference number: 415425.
This 2 bedroom Semi detached Villa is in a beautiful area of Ayia Triada, Protaras. The small complex of Villas are in a quiet and peaceful area. You will be close enough to walk to the shops, restaurants and beaches. The Villa has 2 bedrooms each with their own en-suite bathrooms and fully fitted wardrobes, the master bedroom also has a balcony. The Kitchen is fully fitted with a washing machine, dishwasher, oven and hob. The dining and sitting area is open plan allowing the warm fresh air to blow threw. Outside you will have your own private swimming pool, fully maintained, alongside table and chairs for el fresco dining, there is also a large grassed area for sunbathing on your loungers. We also supply towels and a hair dryers. There is everything you may need if you decide to cook during your stay. The Villa is given a thorough clean every time we have a change over of guests.
