Mooi ruim huis! Prijs/ kwaliteit is top.Buiten de drukte maar met prima supermarktje en mooie stranden op loopafstand.Stranden ronde ayia napa en protaras veel te vol net als de dorpen zelf. Echt prima om te bezoeken en te eten en vervolgens weer lekker naar de rust in Ayia Thekla.Weer en zeetemperatuur heerlijk!!Wendy is aardig, flexibel en reageert altijd!

Die Villa war wie beschrieben, die Zimmer sowie das ganze Haus waren sauber und sie hat ein hervoragende Lage zum Meer. Supermarkt, Bar und Restaurant in Gehweite, zweimal die Woche wurde der Pool gereinigt.Leider laute, feierwĂŒtige Nachbarn - aber dafĂŒr können natĂŒrlich die Villa bzw. dessen Vermieter nichts. So wurde z. B. im Haus schrĂ€g gegenĂŒber an einem Sonntag von Mittag bis in die frĂŒhen Morgenstunden durchgehend laut gefeiert, bis gegen 4:30 Uhr ein dort lebender Nachbar das Spektakel wĂŒtend beendete. Aber nochmal: DafĂŒr können weder die Villa noch der Vermieter etwas.Abgesehen davon ein toller Aufenhalt - gerne wieder.

We were so looking forward to spending 3 weeks at this Stunning villa but it really was the most awful holiday villa we have rented in 21 years of coming to Cyprus.  Villa is not stunning and nothing like pictures, sunbeds were  the flat sunken  ones with no arms   So really hard getting on and off them. you could feel the bars underneath The wardrobe in the upstairs single room doesn't open door hits the bed.The blind in master bedroom only opens half way The outdoor shower is broken and hangs down. The bathroom mirror is too high No cleaning products just cloth And sponge. The soap dispensers in loo and bathroom were watered down The Bath is extremely slippery. The barbecue area was really dirty. No barbeque tools like tongs. No flat fish slice for frying eggs.The scissors were small and blunt.The folder with instructions had spilt liquid  In them.The front door lock is hard to open sometimes took  5 mins to unlock It. Washing machine was filthyKitchen worktop covered in crumbsThe TV and shelving was dustyToilet upstairs was dirty with urine drips and hairs.Not all the outside lights work at front of villaThe good points the beds were comfy. The pool was nice and it was warm 29  The seating area on the balcony which wasn't in the photos was a nice suprise. The aircon was working as it should.

Spacious house with great pool

The property is well maintained and as described. Mandy did the best to answer all our requests. We appreciated the towel service, bottle of wine, pool service ... .The property and its interior is not new any more, which you realize here and there. The hose ban causes the pool area to become a bit dusty over time, depending on the wind.Overall it was a very pleasant stay for the whole family!

Fantastic short break with the family

Great base to explore Ayia Napa and the surrounding beautiful beaches. 2 minutes from a great beach bar and 5mins from shops. The kids loved the pool. Beds were very comfortable and we liked the spacious open plan seating/dining area. Nice covered bbq area. Wendy and Patrick were friendly and helpful. Would definitely recommend

Amazing location

Family of six who stayed at this beautiful villa. Location is perfect as just outside Ayia Napa which has its own amazing beach of Ayia Thikla. Transport inexpensive with average cost to Ayia Napia of 20 euros. South facing pool which is an absolute sun trap with enough beds for all.

Wonderful stay

The house is located in a neighbourhood with other holiday homes. During our stay in November, most of the houses were no longer occupied and it was very quiet. Well-equipped, spacious house with a comfortable bed and large bathroom. Everything you need for a holiday is available. There is a sea view from the large furnished roof terrace. The beach is a short walk away. From there you can walk along the sea to the church and the new harbour. It is also not far from the motorway, so you can reach all the sights and beaches nearby in a short time. The communication with Wendy and Patrick was great. Both were very friendly. We are happy to recommend the house.

Villa was lovely, location perfect, just a short stroll to beach with a great bar/restaurant. Looked at booking again for next year whilst still on holiday, but it is fully booked for any of our dates. That says it all really! Communication with Malcom was great (owner) and Wendy The meet and greet lady was very helpful and welcoming. All had a great stay and will definitely go back.

Lovely villa in a quiet location.

This was our first villa holiday and won't be out last. We had a fab holiday here and will definitely book again if returning to Cyprus. Ayia Thekla Beach is right on the door step and a small handfuls of bars and restaurants are within walking distance. Ayia Napa and Protaras are also a short drive away. The area in which the villa is situated is very quiet and exactly what we were looking for. The villa itself was clean and tidy and looked exactly like the images online. There was plenty of space for the 4 of us and it had everything we needed for our stay. The water, wine and loaf of bread on arrival was a nice gesture - thank you! The only two minor things we would mention is the oven takes ages to pre-heat and didn't seem to heat at all on some settings (not a huge issue but our daughter has dietary requirements so we did make use of the kitchen facilities quite a lot) and some of the outside lights (the ones on the balcony) weren't working and need the bulbs changing which again wasn't a huge issue. Wendy was lovely when she popped in to check all was ok, gave us some restaurant recommendations and answered my couple of what app messages promptly. All in all a fab stay and we would gladly stay again!

Fabulous and convenient stay!

Wendy was so accommodating and kind. The home was lovely and clean. Beds and bedding fresh, clean and very comfy! The towels smelt lovely!! Couches were very comfortable to sit on. The pool was brilliant and very well kept with pool cleaning done twice in our one week stay. A very convenient area for beach, restaurants, supermarkets etc We had a really lovely stay. Thank you!!

Fantastic property!

My family and I had a fantastic stay over the last two weeks. The location is perfect - regular bus services are 5 or 10 minutes walk and take you wherever you need to go if you dont have a car. Its away from the hussle and bussle of ayia napa but close enough to pop in. There is a beautiful sheltered beach 5 min walk which has a lifeguard and crystal clear waters. A couple of options for food both a few minutes walk with a well stocked supermarket. If you have a car everything is about 11 minutes away and the main town of sorita is well worth a visit for food. The property itself is fantastic with a lovely pool thats cleaned twice a week and really comfy beds. Balcony breakfasts, evening meals beside the only pool thats lit at night in tte area really is something. There is air con in every room and the requested 24 degrees minumum provides more than enough cool air. The area felt really safe which is true for most of cyprus. The owners were really accommodating and quick to respond and our host wendy was lovely, really helpful and comforting to know that she stayed locally. 5 star stay and would happily return!
