WE ARE DIRECTLY ON THE BEACH! A FULL KITCHEN , HEATED POOL STEPS DOWN TO THE BEACH, FREE PARKING IN FRONT, ELEVATOR! Our pictures are current!

ATLANTIC TERRACE POMPANO is a 4 story complex as you see, right on the beautiful Pompano beach!
This studio condo is located on the 1st floor. Only a few steps from our pool and private beach area. Your free parking space is right outside your door. We have a heated pool that steps down to our private beach with 2 grills, tables, chairs, umbrellas, and loungers.
The condo has a queen serta memory foam murphy bed and a full size futon sofa/bed all linens are provided. It also has a toaster, blender, coffee maker, iron/board, microwave, hairdryer, & beach towels. There is a full kitchen with cooking utensils and dishes. Start up paper towels, toilet tissue, trash bags, dish soap, & hand soap.

This is a great place if you are looking for a more private atmosphere. We have 6 other units in this complex available for rentals.

Please never leave children unattended. Children may not be in pool area without an adult present.
So we do not attract insects, please remove all trash & unused items upon departure. Please do not leave dirty dishes.

Being able to walk out the door and be on right the beach was wonderful- exactly what we wanted. The condo is small, but we expected that. Comfortable bed, pillows not so much. Would have been nice to have another beach chair. Only one was provided. The space was clean and no problems otherwise. Beautiful views and beach was very secluded when we went in December.

Great location on the beach! Very quiet and not crowded on the beach at all. Definitely recommend a car for your stay as most things to do are about 10 to 15 min drive away. Only suggestions for the property is to add another towel rack right inside the property door and a shelf in the shower for toiletries to sit on. Overall great place!
