Conveniently located in South Tulum, the villa is just 15 mins walk to trendy La Veleta, where you can find restaurants, bars, shops and the best of Tulum all around you, including:
➣ 5 mins by car to Centro
➣ 17 mins drive to Tulum Archaeological Zone
➣ 19 mins bike ride or drive to the world-famous beaches of Tulum including Playa Paraiso "Paradise" Beach
➣ 25 mins drive to Cenote Tortuga

You will have access to the entire Villa including private pool. Parking space for 2 vehicles.
We are always available for communication. Just send us a message and we will promptly respond.
The village of Tulum is in constant development and the electricity shorts are usually recurrent throughout the village, in case this happens during your stay, Villas Toh will not be responsible for reimbursements for situations that are beyond your control. However, we will do our best to follow up with the provider and have the service restored as soon as possible.
We strive to make you feel at home, in return we ask that you please take care of the place like your own.
1. No pets, no parties, no smoking, no illegal activity.
2. Please leave the home in the same condition as you receive it.
3. Damage caused by guests during their stay will be charged to the guest.
4. Do not put toilet paper down the toilets in Mexico (please use the waste bin)
5. Please turn off lights and AC when not in use.
