The building includes luxury amenities and services such as Michelin starred restaurant Crown Shy, fine dining restaurant on the 63rd floor, a fitness center with a turf track, a Pilates and yoga studio, resident lounge and an extensive list of additional amenities.
This studio apartment located in art deco building, 70 Pine, features hardwood floors, a fully-equipped kitchen with high-end stone countertops, stainless steel appliances and an in-unit washer/dryer. All beds provided are fitted with plush linen sheets and pillows. All Furnished Quarters apartments include 24/7 guest service.
Pets are allowed in select apartments and are subject to a $500 non-refundable pet sanitation fee for one pet, $750 for two pets. Additional charges and size/breed restrictions may apply and vary by building. All pets must be approved by Furnished Quarters. Please let us know ahead of booking if you plan on traveling with a pet.
