Luxury Villa Alessandro with a heated indoor pool and wellness

Villa offers a perfect blend of relaxation and fun, making it an ideal spot for both peaceful retreats and lively gatherings. Picture yourself lounging by the heated pool with a good book, soaking in the hillside views, or enjoying a barbecue with loved ones. The beach is just a 30-minute drive away, while Pula is 40 minutes from your doorstep. The nearest winery, adrenaline park, and Dino Park are only 10 minutes away, along with Istralandia, which is perfect for kids.

INDOOR
The Villa features a spacious ground floor that includes a cozy living room, a well-equipped kitchen, and a large dining table that comfortably seats ten. It also boasts a toilet with a separate shower and a luxurious spa area complete with a jacuzzi, sauna, and an indoor pool (heated) that opens up to the outdoors. On the first floor, you'll find four inviting bedrooms, each with its own en-suite bathroom. One of the bedrooms offers a bathtub and a private, small balcony, while another has a small balcony as well. The remaining two bedrooms share a larger balcony, providing ample outdoor space for relaxation.
The villa is ideally suited for 8 adults, but it can accommodate up to 10 adults with the addition of 2 folding beds, which are sufficiently spacious for adult use. While this may require some adjustments, it offers flexibility for larger groups.

OUTDOOR
The backyard features a stunning heated indoor/outdoor pool, a cozy lounge area, a fire pit, and a spacious lawn, perfect for relaxation and entertainment. The pool house is equipped for outdoor dining and cooking, making barbecues a breeze, and it also includes an outdoor shower and toilet for convenience. In the front, you'll find a gated parking area that accommodates up to three cars.

Villa Alessandro operates primarily on a self-check-in basis, featuring a key safe located next to the front door. You will receive the access code for entry on the arrival day.

Well-behaved pets are allowed in the villa at no extra cost, provided you clean up after them. If not, an additional fee will apply.

Proper waste separation is strongly encouraged. If you purchase plastic bottles or metal cans while in Croatia, please refrain from crushing them. Instead, set them aside, and we will ensure they are properly recycled.

A damage deposit of €500 is required, which must be paid via bank transfer—cash is not accepted. This deposit will be refunded up to 24 hours after checkout, provided the property passes inspection and no house rules were broken.
Please remember that all payments must be completed before your check-in date.
