Enjoy a spacious lanai, fenced backyard, and heated pool & spa just steps from the sugar-white beach. Sip coffee with Gulf views, relax poolside, grill outdoors, then hop on the free open-air Tram to nearby bars and restaurants.
The Space:
The entrance to the house is up a level of stairs, with a midway landing that leads to the front door. Inside is an open concept living room/kitchen/dining space. The master bedroom has a king, second bedroom has a king, third bedroom a queen, fourth bedroom a queen, and fifth has 2 single beds. There is a sofa bed in the living space. There are 4 full and 1 half bathrooms. The backyard has a large covered patio lanai area next to the pool with plenty of seating for both dining and separate lounging, sun loungers, and areas with shade all day. Garage parking for 2 cars plus 4 more uncovered.
Guest Access:
Private entrances from garage to ground level foyer with elevator. A private entrances up a flight of stairs from foyer. A third private entrances from outside stair case.
The Neighborhood:
Steps from one of the most beautiful stretches of beach on the island. Walkable to start of free open-air Tram services that goes to and from town with restaurants and bars. Close by Publix grocery store, delivery options available.
