Wonderful Stay!

Wonderful time in an amazing place!

Sunny By You Beach house was a fantastic experience. Had a great time shelling, exploring the island and sitting by the pool and playing volley ball! Would definitely come back!

We cannot say enough great things about this home and the experience! Eric is a phenomenal host and went above and beyond to make our stay special - it was no surprise that Sunny by You was immaculate and even better than pictured online. Perfect location, comfortable and well appointed home - we enjoyed our stay so much! Eric is highly responsive and will do anything he can to help as a host, we highly recommend Sunny by You! North Captiva Island is so special and we have stayed once before on the island but this home really elevated the experience. The living room is super comfortable with a huge sofa, bedrooms are all comfortable and the screened porch made for beautiful mornings looking out from up in the palm trees. We would absolutely stay again! Thank you Eric!

Family Fun!

The location and accommodations were perfect for our full family getaway! The beach had an abundance of shells and wildlife - we really enjoyed our time together at Sunny By You Beach House!

N Captiva Family Vacation ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ 5 Stars

We had an amazing stay and couldn’t have been happier with this property. It was absolutely perfect for our family and had everything we needed for a relaxing vacation on North Captiva Island. One of our favorite parts was starting each morning with a cup of coffee by the pool before enjoying a swim. The private pool was a huge highlight for our family. The included six-seater golf cart was another great feature, making it easy and fun to explore the island together. The location was fantastic, and the homeowner and the property management were outstanding. Communication was quick and easy from the time we booked until we checked out, and they were incredibly accommodating throughout our stay. We highly recommend this property to anyone looking for a memorable family vacation on North Captiva Island. We would absolutely stay here again!

Wonderful Stay

I would highly recommend Sunny By You Beach House! Starting with the booking and ending with check out process, everything was seamless. Quick and easy communication from the owner and the property management company made the process easy. The house was clean, beautifully decorated and the amenities, esp the pool, were perfect. The kitchen had everything we needed and then some. I can't say enough about how much we enjoyed staying here! Thank you for making our trip so nice- I didn't want to leave:)

The house was spotless, and the kitchen was fully stocked with a lot of utensils, dinnerware, etc. I last booked this exact property back in 2021, and I could tell it was much better this time. They also added a ping-pong table. Communication with the host was also reliable and quick.

We really enjoyed our time at Sunny by You. The house was spacious and comfortable. We loved using the screened in porch / lanai for hanging out and meals. The kitchen had everything we needed (including decent knives which is rare in a vacation house!). Our kids LOVED the pool and many pool toys and easy access to the beach. The folks we interacted with at Shally’s (the property management company) were also very friendly and made getting groceries a breeze. Overall this was a wonderful place to unwind!

We had a beautiful stay at Sunny by you! The house has anything you could possibly need. Close to the beach and a pool that I believe was heated. Everything was very organized and there were games for outdoors and for indoors (board games). The owner and the property management group were very accommodating and we were grateful to have an exterior elevator for our 86 year old guests.

Amazing property!

I’ve stayed in a lot of houses on North Captiva and this is one of the best! Beautiful, fully stocked, tons of games by the pool, you name it. Highly recommend for large families especially. We were eight people and had plenty of room.

It was a great property and provided everything you need for home living and beach accessories. Very clean, comfortable. Ice is scarce so keep that in mind when visiting the island. Eric was very nice and readily available.

Perfect Girl’s Getaway!

The house was decorated beautifully and well stocked for everything we needed for meals. Plenty of great spaces for relaxing or playing games and all the beach supplies you want to spend your days on the beach. Absolute perfect house for a girl’s trip, though we all said our kids would have loved it too. Maybe next time we’ll let them come……or maybe we’ll just plan another trip for the girls😜

Paradise

We absolutely love this island. This was our first time staying with this property and they thought of everything. There is every dish/cooking dishes that you could want, numerous towels and beach towels. Plenty of beach toys, pool toys and more. We will definetly be looking forward to returning to this property!

Thank you for everything. It was a wonderful experience and the house was super clean! Probably the cleanest rental I’ve ever had. The house was the perfect size for our large family and there was tons to do on the property which was a nice touch. Check in was flawless and the staff was terrific. Very smooth visit with zero hiccups.

We had a wonderful stay at Sunny By You on North Captiva! We were a group of 8 (two families with 4 young children). The house is absolutely beautiful, clean, and filled with thoughtful touches that made our trip easy and comfortable. The kitchen is fully equipped for cooking, and they provided plenty of beach and bath towels. It is just a few minutes’ walk to the beach down a sandy road that was easy to navigate with young children. Eric, the owner, was very responsive leading up to and during our stay. The team at Shally's, who manage the property, were available on the island for any questions and had some great tips for our stay. As noted in the house description, the "box" room is quite small—best suited for a single person or a child—the other bedrooms have plenty of space and the upstairs is very well laid out so it's comfortable for a group. We loved our stay at Sunny By You and cannot wait to go back!

Amazing time at an amazing place.

We were the first guests to stay in the newly renovated home and yes I’m going to call it a home as Eric has made it feel that way. EVERYTHING is brand new and the decor is well done. Our kids had a blast and loved that they could walk to the best beach on the island in 2 minutes. I honestly can’t say enough about the home and how great of a guy Eric is. We definitely recommend staying here and will for sure be coming back. ☀️🌴

All the extra amenities were such a plus. The pool and pool toys for the grandkids, ping pong, the beach essentials provided, a nicely equipped kitchen and comfortable living space. We enjoyed boating and fishing. It's a fun treat to explore the island and dolphin watch at Dolphin Beach. We would love to visit Sunny By You again in the future!
