We had an excellent family vacation on Avalon Lake! It was a great place to stay and in a beautiful location. Tom and Tommie were wonderful hosts and so accommodating!
Loved the quiet, the cabin, the location. Perfect getaway especially with no wifi and cable news. Read, relaxed, walked Addie...who did not want to get in the truck to go home....
Beautiful lake! Love to come back again
Nice and Clean cottage! Black berry jam and welcome card on table are nice touch! We truly enjoyed our stay.
The cabin was clean and well taken care of. Exactly as expected. The real suprise was the owners, we have stayed in a lot of vrbo's and these were the best owners by far. They made sure we had everything we needed informed us of local events, even offered to take us tubing. They went above and beyond to make our stay great.
Wonderful peaceful time in N MI
What a spacious, well equipped cottage. Cozy beds, everything you need in the kitchen, fun games, and outdoor activities. Overall, a great place to rent. Do note there are a significant amount of steps down to the water. However, if you don't mind some exercise to enjoy the beautiful water and sandy bottom of Lake Avalon it's well worth it!
Nice cabin on a beautiful lake.
The cabin is well equiped, everything we needed was there. Clean and spacious, nice to be able to bring our dog. There are many steps down to the lake, which could present a problem if you have bad knees or whatnot. It was ok for us., the reward of enjoying crystal clear turqoise water was worth it. We had the whole lake to ourselves during the week. Bugs were not an issue amazingly. We would stay here again without hesitation.
Thanks for your review. We are happy you had an enjoyable stay.
